Nicely located too and there is lots of parking. They have a daycare for folks who have little ones. My only issues are: - Smallish locker rooms (for the guys anyway). There are no full-length lockers, only half lockers, which is a bit of a pain when it gets busy. - No spinning studio. - The showers are starting to be a little grungy. They need to be cleaned better. There is also a strong b-o odour consistently coming from the middle of the locker room. Apart from that it's a great gym.

Gym: - this gym is truely 24/7 - Half the gym is in kilos and half in lbs with competition equipment and calibrated plates - total of 8 squat racks, 8 deadlift platforms, 4 benches (with safety) - Olympic lifting platform - rowing equipments, cable machine, lat pull down, etc. - dumbbells at this gym go up to 180lbs - Cardio: assault bike - has showers and lockers - free parking People at the gym: - awesome and supportive.
