I've been working with Brady Dale and Fearless Fitness on and off for almost 5 years. When I started I was very overweight, had chronic inflammation, back, hip and foot pain, poor balance, and no motivation. Brady helped me to learn good habits, the importance of good form and posture and daily stretching. Brady really listened to my needs. Emotional, physical and mental. After a few years and a broken ankle it really sank in. I started doing what he had been telling me all along. Fitness had always been about weight loss before and I was able to make a mental shift that it was about health, both mental and physical. I began to stretch daily, move daily, eat real food. I started doing what brady had trained me to do and the weight began to come off, my balance increased, my mental health got better. I felt good. My friend and I went to work out with our own plan of action, 15 minutes cardio on the treadmill warm up, 45 weights, 15 minutes cool down. There is a spacious ladies locker room. What really makes this space special is the lighting and ample space to shower and get ready for work. Two women were getting their hair and makeup ready for work, with counters and mirrors set up for an HIIT class to get ready afterward easily. Advertised at the gym separate fees were tanning sessions. The gym had showers, sauna and cold plunge areas in the ladies locker room. In my time here in Wasilla I'm hoping to return as much as possible. There were so many machines I was unfamiliar with, I was able to complete my workout at 9 in a clean, elegant facility. I'd love to work with a trainer here. My next trip, I'm going to look into just that. The interior is all black with thin white lights floating high above, so you can focus on your tasks mentally while working out. A very nice facility. As a member my friend logged into her app, which generates a digital key to open the door for the gym. I'm happy to have enjoyed my workout here.

She makes it a personal experience that no big club, gym, or corporation can replicate. The membership is very reasonable for not only what's included in the facility but the environment of it and with 24 hour access; the accessibility of which you can do so. It's also very conveniently located between Wasilla and Palmer. This might not be a gym with everything you personally believe you need. It may not be a gym with the newest equipment. It may not have any leisure sports, activities, or clubs included. But it does have personality. It does have great ownership. It does have great community. It does have necessities. It does have motivated members. It does have personal time management utilization. No other gym in the valley, let alone Anchorage compares. There is only one gym where you can walk in at anytime, be called by name without checking a card or ID, have access to a variety of great equipment, not pay a crazy amount for access, and be motivated and have everything you need to chase your fitness goals. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the doctors are nice; although it's rare that you actually get to SEE a doctor. They're short staffed and over booked so I was passed off to the receptionist or another uneducated individual. My insurance was charged ridiculous prices regardless. If that isn't bad enough, at my last visit, there were signs posted all over the building they they were on a "boil water" notice. Meaning my doctor wasn't even washing their hands after using the restroom. Who knows what kind of diseases could have spread! I was appalled and will never go back. Excel PT, you should be ashamed of yourselves. There are too many options for physical therapy in the valley for unethical, unprofessional business practices. Perhaps it's time for new management?

Unfortunately, the owner and physical therapist of this facility by the name of Keith is unethical…read moreand lacks integrity. My experience with him in this facility has been very disappointing. In the initial evaluation Keith had mention insurance didn't cover TMJ issues and would have to add other issues with the neck to insure coverage. Which at the time I was having issues with my neck as well, so it made sense. By the second appointment when I started asking questions he started making very rude remarks. He saw me for about 15 minutes while he did some dry needling and when he finished, I sat in the room waiting for his assistant to come see me for the rest of the time. I was told they would e-Mail me some exercises, which I had to e-Mail to ask for them because a week later I still had not received them. This an expensive place and really lacked care. After this second session I knew I was wasting my time and money. After some time I requested my medical records from this facility and read the notes Keith wrote, that unless you request medical records you cannot see. The notes were untrue and I was in complete disbelief because Keith is suppose to be a professional provider. I contacted the facility and he never returned my call. After about 1 month 1/2 I called again and was able to speak to him. He clearly stated he "doesn't make mistakes in all of his year," and there was nothing he could do. I am appalled. I would not recommend his facility or him as a professional provider.
