I actually called them after 1h 45 min to check what's going on and apparently the driver got lost. He showed up 15 min later (in a very nice car which makes me wonder why he has no data on his phone to consult Google maps - we are actually quite easy to find!), being all sorry and apologetic while we were ready to eat our hands. Things could still have turned around here if they hadn't screwed up the order as well. I had ordered a Döner Teller and a side of tzaziki and my guys wanted fries and a couple of dürums. Instead, we got 2 Döner Teller and a portion of baklava. I tried calling the business' number again several times, but nobody picked up. I tried to use pizza.de's chat which was supposed to be manned until 3 am, but nobody responded. I sent an email to customer support, but got an automated reply back, saying that they would reply within 48 h. Ridiculous.

No worries there, except that the advertisement is for delivery and the greeter on the phone is less than pleasant with my partial English order and hangs up on me. I call back to order in Deutsch and he is rude again. I'm guessing he does not speak Thai or mandarin either. I Have no idea what the food taste like but as far as the service goes, I rate it as a zero. Need improvement in customer service.
