This used to be tile works. Now planet granite but still the same owners. Great selection and now even bigger than 13 years ago when I built my last home and they did all the tile work. They have a great selection of mosaics and plenty of tile and counter tops. The owners are the same and still wonderful to deal with. I am trying to order time tile that I used 13 yrs ago but if they can't find it they have plenty to get close.

I bought a house in Ormond in January2021 and when we picked our home we knew that the kitchen would need a facelift. We did not have enough money for a total Kitchen re-do but decided that new marble/ quartz countertops would be where we invested our money. Our realtor suggested that we go to Planet Granite in Daytona for our new countertops. Unfortunately at about 1 1/2 years into our new countertops they have chips in many places and a "bruise" by the sink that is getting larger and larger with each passing month. This flawed area is almost green in color. I called Planet Granite several times and I have been told that the product only has a one year warranty. They did agree to send their service guy out. He looked at the countertop and said he would have to come back as he needed to order something to help fix it . Needless to say, it has been over 2 1/2 months and every time I call or text I am being ignored. I would not recommend that you purchase product from this company. If you have a problem they are not sympathetic or understanding at all.

Replaced our old gally kitchen with new cabinets and countertops. Judy, Robin, and Mary made it as easy as this process can be, from cabinet and stone selection to obtaining the required city permits. Their crew of installers were friendly and skilled; installation went smoothly and on schedule. I highly recommend them. Robin listened to what we wanted and made it happen within our budget and on time.

5 star operation. Beautiful slabs to chose from. Absolutely top notch professionals. Mary was an excellent salesperson, the installers, Jason and Chris did an incredible job and spent allot of time to make the entire install a success. Wayne, the gentleman responsible for the delicate job of cutting the granite, did so with the skill, precision and technique to provide us with the most beautiful results. Two thumbs up! Plane Granite rocks!

I upgraded my countertops to granite. The whole process was smooth. Their showroom is impressive also they have several granite slabs to choose from. The staff was very friendly, starting with the owner to the people who came to install my countertops, very courteous and polite. The end result, I am in love with my new countertops, they look much nicer than I expected!

They just installed granite in our kitchen and bath, it was so easy working with Mary and the crew, professional and on time, beautiful job!

We were referred to Kitchen Gallery by our real estate agent, Al Wilson, and worked closely with Laval Begin throughout the design and planning process. Laval was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful. He produced very detailed plans and made excellent functional recommendations. One example was placing a slide-in microwave next to the stove, which eliminated the need to reach over the range--something that has made daily use of the kitchen much safer and more convenient. This was not a simple cabinet replacement. The project involved removing the existing kitchen, cutting into drywall, replastering portions of the ceiling, electrical and plumbing work, removing part of a wall, and even locating and installing matching floor tile. Despite the complexity, every aspect of the work was handled carefully and professionally. Everyone involved--designers, installers, and tradespeople--was consistently helpful, highly competent, and easy to work with. While part of the project took longer than we initially expected, this was clearly due to the scope and complexity of the work rather than any lack of effort or organization. Communication throughout the process was solid, and issues were addressed responsibly. There was one unexpected issue when the cabinet manufacturer could not supply the exact quality level we had ordered. Kitchen Gallery handled this situation extremely well and upgraded us at no additional cost to a higher-quality cabinet line, which spoke volumes about their professionalism and integrity. The end result is a kitchen that is both beautiful and highly functional. We are very pleased with the outcome and would confidently recommend Kitchen Gallery to anyone considering a well-designed, well-executed kitchen renovation.

An absolutely PERFECT job! We are so pleased!!…read more When we moved into our new home, it was almost* perfect. There were a few little projects that we could DIY and then there were these cabinets. GAH! The color! The doors! They were so dated and didn't match the rest of our home at all. Well it turns out that replacing those little brown-devil doors was a bit of a challenge! I called several businesses who weren't interested in such a small job and then called several handymen who didn't know how to fabricate something from scratch. That is when I was fortunate enough to run across Walton Home Improvements on Yelp! In the very few photos posted, I saw something similar to what I was hoping for! Ron did an amazing job and was incredibly professional. He clearly knows his craft. After listening to my ideas and adding his own creative suggestions, he went to work! He was quick and efficient and quite reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone and even gave his name to our realtor, who frequently has clients needing tricky repairs. Excellent service. Excellent quality. Excellent value. I painted the doors and added a printed contact paper inset.

I found Ron on Yelp as I was in need of having repairs done to a rental property for my parents…read more He is now working on my parents house...needless to say Ron did a fantastic job with the repairs needed, painting, replacing windows with a wall, gutter replacement, etc. He was very detailed and through and extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He is now working on exterior home painting on brick ('updating' a paint job my mom and I did 14 uears ago - major job!!) And once again providing extremely quality work, with more projects in the pipeline (bath/kitchen remodel, floor tiling). I highly recommend Ron for your home improvement needs!!

I purchased a sofa and loveseat for my daughter and husband as a wedding gift. I wanted the set…read moredelivered while they were on their honeymoon so they would be surprised. When the set showed up it was 2 loveseats. When I contacted the store representative, she argued that the set that was delivered was correct. I said, I took a picture of the set and she said well the picture you took was not the set I purchased. She said "I can review the cameras." I said please do because you will see this is not the set we purchased. She finally agreed to send the correct set which was delivered after my daughter returned home. When they were delivered it had a huge gash across the back of the loveseat. When I called to ask her what happened I was told "it is not my responsibility to point out damage to you". The tags also did not state "as is" which is how most tags are marked if there is damage. I sent the couches back with the delivery drivers but gave each of the delivery guys money because I understand it was a hassle for them. I was not going to accept damaged merchandise. The store representative said she would let us know when she received new sofa sets in however we never received any communication. We went back to the store 3 times trying to find something and resolve this in a positive way. On the 3rd visit, my daughter found something she liked. I said to the clerk so there is a $200 difference and she said no I am already out hundreds of dollars. She said you already filed a chargeback. I said yes because we paid you and have no merchandise so I will be happy to call them to cancel it. I do not expect you to deliver it before you receive your money back including the price difference. She repeated no because I am out hundreds of dollars. It's a shame that we could not do business with her. We tried to rectify multiple times to no avail. If you purchase from this store, take pictures and thoroughly review the merchandise before purchasing even if that requires you to move the furniture so that you can see everything. I have attached pictures of the damage on the loveseat. My daughter left a review and the store called us scammers as a response to that review. This business has blocked us from Facebook as well. I am trying to make sure other people understand the steps they need to take to protect themselves so this does not get repeated.

I would like to start off this review by saying I have been blocked from this company's Facebook…read morepage, as well as defamed called a scammer by the owner after she delivered the wrong couch the first time and then proceeded to deliver our actual couch with a giant gash in the back so here it is I'm Highly dissatisfied with my experience here last September I came in and purchased a $900 canopy bed and dresser set so I recommended this place to my mother, who then surprise me for my wedding in February and purchased me a couch/loveseat that was to be delivered during my honeymoon after setting everything up the wrong couch and loveseat was delivered and they scheduled re-delivery of the correct couch/love seat upon arrival, we noticed that the couch had huge gash in the back of it that had not originally been seen or disclosed upon purchase. My mother, then spoke to the owner of the store in which she said that there are no refunds, but they'd be willing to do an exchange after us pushing for something to be done I went back to look for myself and could not find a single couch that was what we were looking for I then spoke to the owner in which I was told that I would be sent pictures of couches that they had at their other facility which never happened since we no longer had the couch and received no communication from the owner. We went ahead and issued a charge back through our credit card during this time I continue to go back on the off chance that there would be another couch and loveseat that we can do an exchange for and cancel the charge back as our goal is to work out something amicably I went back today anticipating that I would find another couch and I did find one that I liked. It was about $200 over the original couch loveseat combo that we had purchased so I called my mom and started talking to the owner. I asked her if we could work out a deal to which the owner replied absolutely not since we initiated the chargeback they no longer have the money and that couch is brand new in their store so price is firm we have still not received the money from the chargeback so there is an opportunity to cancel it My mom said so would we need to give you another $200 to get this one to which the owner replied "absolutely not we've already lost hundreds of dollars because they delivered the couch twice" one time being their mistake and sending the wrong couch the second time being the giant gash in the back of the couch that we were not accepting and due to credit card fees from the chargeback I explained that we were trying to work this out and that we could cancel the charge back and pay the extra money, but the owner was not having it despite her letting me look through the entire store sit on several couches and go through the process of looking for a couch the owner of the store was extremely hostile I didn't seem willing to make any type of effort to work anything out her attitude, especially towards me A pregnant woman was extremely distasteful. I need absolutely no extra stress. The original canopy bed that I did purchase from them has fallen apart. it is currently held up by 6 cinderblocks so at that point we decided we will no longer be doing business with them and just allow the charge back to issue back to our cards. We don't even have a couch at the moment and for the past 2 months, so this has been an extremely difficult experience and the owners unwillingness to work with a repeat customer on a situation that was totally not our fault has me writing this review today as a warning for anybody looking for high-quality furniture from a reputable business I would just suggest you find a different place as the owners highly unprofessional and the furniture quality is not up to par It's a shame because if the owner had worked out with us a solution, she would've had a repeat customer, but her lack of customer service skills, communication and common decency is sure to affect her business in the future. It's a shame that this even happened as we worked really hard to work something out with them if there would've been more communication, a chargeback would've never been needed to be issued in the first place. Please beware prior to purchasing one things for certain and two things are for sure. I am not trying to scam this owner we offered to cancel the chargeback as well as pay the difference of the other couch that wasn't good enough for her and now she is trying to lie and say that we mistreated her delivery drivers which we tipped, even after having them return the sofa back to the store. We the delivery drivers and they expressed that it was no problem and that they understood so to say that we mistreated anybody is beyond untrue we have done nothing but try to work with this company in order to continue doing business with them because truthfully, this has been an extremely difficult hassle for us and not having a couch for the past two months is entirely on them
