This place is okay. We came here for the mrs because she wears scrubs to work. The place is stuffed from front to back and every corner with scrubs... so there is plenty to choose... but if you like my wife who loves a certain brand, just note that its not all there. otherwise, the staff was friendly. Made my scrub buying experience quick and easy! I came in and was asked what I was looking for and what size. She grabbed everything I needed and set me up in a dressing room. I was in and out in about 10 minutes! I took off one star because it seems they keep a limited number of sizes in the store, and I don't prefer to have to order and come back and pick up. The girl working wasn't that friendly- I had to force suggestions out of her. They were out of a lot of their sizes to styles it took forever to decide on. It's way more expensive than most places and the options are limited. I usually go to Uniform Destination in Allen. They have a great selection and I always leave excited to go to work with my new scrubs. This time I was only 75% excited because it was for a new job. I'll never cheat on UD again even though I have to drive farther-they stay open later anyway. read more

BEWARE....I bought 5 pairs of scrubs here about 2 weeks ago.I tried to return them because I didn't like how they looked wrinkled. I never washed them or wore them and they would not take them back because I did not have the tags but , I did have the receipt. All I was trying to do was make an exchange for a different brand and they couldn't even help me with that. I asked if I could speak to a manager and the girl behind the register said no that they are unreachable. Which is clearly BS !! I work at The hospital around the corner from them and I will let all of my colleagues know how I was treated and for them to go somewhere else to purchase scrubs. read more

Horrible customer service. I bought maternity scrub pants and asked the lady who was in the shop that day about exchange policy if size is too big because when you're pregnant, it's hard to try pants on standing and there fitting rooms don't have any stools. She said just have the receipt and exchange is no problem. Well, when I returned to get a smaller size, there was a rude male who said tags shouldn't have been removed. Even the receipt says that only a receipt is necessary unless you're returning footwear or steth. Then the guy started saying that ven abercrombie doesn't return items without tags. Um, first if all, don't compare your shop to Abercombie, and secondly yes they do. Even Armani exchanges items without tags as long as you have a receipt. Pants are easy to alter, so that's what I'll get done. Never shopping here again though! read more

I have been here two times. One time I was pregnant and in need of maternity scrubs in tall. I had bought some online and they came in and were too short. I decided to give this place a try because I wanted to try them on. The sales associate helped me pick out a pair that fit perfect. I just went in again today for more scrubs (non-maternity, but still "Tall"). The guy helped me pick out all different styles and told me he could order whatever I needed in whatever color. I found the style that worked and bought one pair on the spot and ordered the other two. He said he would call me when they came in. I will be returning. I think if you are on the fence about going here you should just go in and see for yourself. If you don't see what you like, or like what you see, you can always go somewhere else. Horrible customer service. Gave me the wrong size shoes at check out and when I brought them back to exchange for the correct size the manager just said no. Saying there were "skid marks" on them when I haven't even worn them! She said unfortunately someone else must have worn them and returned them but she wouldn't have accepted it. Anyway, I remember it was actually the manager who helped me and she checked me out and grabbed the wrong size box bc I tried on two different sizes and instead of correcting her mistake and exchanging the shoes she said she "can't". They just lost a loyal customer! Definitely will not be giving them my business. I regret buying all the other stuff that day! read more

What great service and a great selection! It's not often staff helps you search through racks and knows about their product...but here they do. They didn't have the black scrub bottom I wanted , and he was happy to order it for me and ship it to my house. Really good prices. I work for dental office and we have been bringing business for over 2 years to this company. We are highly upset with the service the OWNER provides. He is extremely rude and inconsiderate. He really doesn't know how to communicate properly with customers. He was very disrespectful. We are not too happy with the way he treated us. Make sure you want what you buy as there are no returns. They will point to the sign hidden behind a shoe rack when you question the exchange policy in the counter. Will not return. Except to use the gift certificate received on the return. Very poor way to do business. read more

Never shopping here again! Horribly, rude manager! I was told I could return some scrub bottoms that were too big even though I didn't have the receipt. The girl on the phone said, she could look it up, the tags just needed to be intact. When I brought the pants in there was a man there who claimed to be the manager. He found the receipt on the computer but refused to let me exchange them for a smaller size because he said the tag had been "tampered with". What!? The tags are attached by a tiny safety pin... How does he know if they have been "tampered with" or not!? The scrubs were brand-new and never worn!!! I wasn't asking for my money back, I was simply asking for a smaller size. He kept putting his face in his hands as if he was terribly frustrated by my questions! I am the customer!! He was incredibly rude! It was disgusting! read more

Horrible customer service. I bought scrub pants (4) in which 2 of them had a drawstring just come right out after the first few washes....I didn't even have to pull it. They replaced the first one after a few weeks. The second one happened after 3 months. I asked if they could at least replace it. I had to wait until he came back in town and drive back over there again. They wouldn't replace them even though they assured me they were not cheap scrubs. They wouldn't replace them because surely I did something wrong and "broke" them myself since no one has ever had this problem before and because they would not get any money back from the company that made it for them. Sure, i guess I get that, but the fact that I mentioned I will have to find time now to spend gas and go get other scrubs, now only have 3 pair of scrubs intead of 4 and have to wash way more often, and the fact that this happended already and I am tired of driving there is a waste of my time and energy. He wouldn't even send me new scrubs via mail if I paid for it since he didn't want to spend money on sending anything in the mail even though I am spending money driving over there after telling my boss I have to leave early. I am more angry how he was completely ignorant on the phone, took everything I said incorrectly or how he wanted, talked over me, insulted me, interrupted me. What an asshole. read more
