Was told it was a new bed, works great. Not told ANYTHING else. I just noticed I get charged $6 every time I use this new bed. I called corporate and was told "oh, we upgraded the bed. It's now a level 5 and your package doesn't include that". I asked if there are other level 4 beds in that location, as any other locations are out of my way. I was told "we upgraded the bulbs so we consider our level 3 a level 4 now". So, my options are, drive out of my way for what MIGHT be a level 4 bed, ( because they say so) take a step DOWN in use but pay the same level 4 membership, OR pay more to use what I've been getting for free for years? GFY! Since I doubt they'll consider my $1 bill a $6 bill just because I say so, I'm cancelling my membership. They aren't really looking for my type there anyway now that they merged with Sunbar. They want the Buffy's and Kyles of the world. I've worked at tanning salons & been in customer service for majority of my career & she displayed one of the worst displays of customer service I've seen from any business. TL;DR - I came in and bought one bottle of lotion and new member one month which was only $39. When I went in the next time, the girl could not find my membership at all - nothing on record. I had to show her my chase bank statement to prove it. They realize she charged me for 2 over priced lotions rather than the membership - which means I was overcharged by $40. Not a big deal a mistake. I went in every other day and the girls all said they would fix it but never did. Finally. I go in and it's the girl working who overcharged me so I politely explained. She immediately started giving me attitude and said that never happened. Then she said she evenly charged me which I told her the other girls both told me you overcharged me, which sh kept denying. Finally she does some math and tells me I was only overcharged $20. Which was incorrect . I said I was overcharged $40 and I asked her what the price of the bottle was so I could do the math myself and she literally refused to tell me. Started ordering me to tell her my statement even tho I did everyday and it was written down. Never apologized for the inconvenience - instead lied , lied again, refused to give me information of items I bought and then stormed off . And was ranting in the hall how she needed to leave. So unprofessional. Not about the money or the mistake but just how terribly handled a situation that was her mistake in the first place . I will not return because of her . I went to Glo Tanning with High Hopes to get detoxed from past environmental toxins. I was excited…read moreabout the red light, and saunas and the vibration machine. However, there was a STRONG FLOWERY scent that was so strong it knocked me over. I asked if it could be turned down and it was once. After that two machines were placed and I could no longer use the saloon services. My car smelled like the fumes, my home smelled and It affected my eyes, throat and skin. I already had cancer and it cost me 6 years of tonics and a $30,000 dollar surgery. I inquired to the staff. Some staff members experienced what I did and some had headaches and vomiting. The fix would be easy just not use toxic chemicals rather change to Young Life defuser. You'd have a natural oil and scent without causing harm to those who breathe it in. These kinds of toxins over time in many cases lead to cancer, brain issues, dementia, Alzheimer's, and skin rashes, headaches, and more. It's truly a shame because I would have been continuing to use it if I wasn't being poisoned. Be wary of this place for this reason. Isky

I love it because I can run in and get one and then run a few errands after without looking crazy so this place really comes in handy. Today it was so nice to run in & now do a few more things and know a tan is developing and it won't ruin my coat. I also use their UV and red light here. Their red light machine is different than why I'm used to, I don't use it every time because of that but sometimes I do. Their UV booths are the best my favorite is the one with red light. This is worth the membership and I've never had to sit and wait for a machine or a tan it's like 30 min of my time & sometimes it's a great pick me up.
