Being from Seattle I've learned that Starbucks coffee is consistently good and of course has free Wi-Fi. It was 5:30 pm on a Monday, so I ordered a tall Americano. It was the WORST coffee I've ever had at a Starbucks. It was closer to the quality of a McDonnell's McCafe, basically colored water. BAD BAD BAD. I did complain to the barista and they added another shot of coffee which made it taste better/reasonable. It pays to complain at Starbucks even in Europe. One bad experience can't take down a global icon.
