Friendly and helpful staff...my donation was smooth but 3 individuals all sitting around me had issues. The nurse and techs were very impressive in handling these issues with professionalism and dignity and grace. All 3 were much better after their attention to the situations. No complaints so far...there have been issues..and my digital fingerprints don't take...but nothing in their control. Hope to continue my donation journey here for a long time.

After 20 hours of wasted time jumping through hoops ,they finally approved me to donate plasma. So I go in to donate only to find a nurse on a power trip has created more hoops for me to jump through. It is not worth your time go to Grifols. It's a much better establishment, workers are more professional, cleaner environment, a lot less hoops.

Very friendly, patient, and caring. I've been going for checkups for a couple years now, and recently needed a series of Mohs procedures. Dr. Maranda is very thorough, an expert at this particular procedure, and also smiling & pleasant when discussing your health. I feel very fortunate to be a patient here as I've seen this practice balloon w/ patients and become VERY busy. At some point I assume they're going to have a large backlog and new patients might not get in quickly. My recommendation for when this occurs is get on a waiting list and you might luck out with a cancelation. As good as it gets. "Thank you" to everybody at YDA.

This practice was my first call when I needed care and therapy for myself. The practice has grown from our earlier time with them and I had to be worked into their schedule.
