I contacted the company and provided photographic evidence. While they acknowledged the issue, the proposed resolution required the flowers to be collected from the recipient before any refund could be processed. Given that this was a condolence gift during a sensitive time following a bereavement, we did not feel it was appropriate to ask the grieving family to return the flowers, and therefore chose not to pursue the complaint further. Overall, a disappointing experience both in terms of product quality and how the situation was handled. I would not recommend for important or sensitive occasions.

Una estafa total. Hice un pedido de flores para mi novia en san Valentín, no solo necesita estar…read morealguien presente, ya que se niegan a simplemente dejar las flores en la puerta, pero intentaron hacer la entrega solamente dos veces (con dos días de retraso) y después nada. Mi novia no estaba en casa (ya que solo entregan en horario laboral) y no solo las flores nunca le llegaron, si no que deciden destruir el envío, no me reembolsaron nada y encima callados, se niegan a dar la cara. Escoger otra compañía de flores a menos que queráis ser timados.
