My son has been attending for 6 months now and he absolutely loves it! Ms Lovely and all the teachers make sure all of my child's needs are met. My family and I moved to Florida this school year. After calling several locations I chose to seek out this location based off my conversation with Ms Jamaica, the director. I am so happy I chose this location!! Ms Mia and Ms Minnou were not just VPK teachers, they were family. They showed my son love, taught manners, Spanish, math, writing, and even site words. Ms. Mia will always have a special place in my heart. She always went above and beyond to speak to us about our son's development and inspired us to work harder with him when she told us how well he was doing. She guided us on what to look for in his next school and what else to do to make sure he thrived in Kindergarten. Ms Liz, the recently promoted Assistant Director was also wonderful. The love she showed our son when he was having a tough day was heart warming. As summer camp begins, we miss them all already. Thank you Ms. Jamaica, Ms Minnou, Ms Mia, and Ms Liz. I would strongly encourage anyone to stay away from this school. My child has experienced from diaper rashes to scrapes and cuts without any notification from the school that an incident happened before I pick up my child. read more

My son was in the VPK class with Mrs Mia and Mrs Minnou and I do not have enough words to describe how amazing our experience was. My son learned more academically than I thought possible at the age of 5. However, he not only learned about letters, number, rhymes, art and history, he also learned better social skills (table manners, sharing, helping, etc). My son was happy to go to school each day because he loved his teachers! And as a parent I received the teacher feedback I needed along the way so that I could do my part at home. Our child had a very nice learning experience until another child hit him and our son required medical attention. The school administration was concerned but yet it happened a 2nd time, again my son needed medical attention. Ultimately we made the decision to withdraw him from Kindercare and found another school. We paid up front and so there was no balance due, but yet the school continued to bill us for 2 additional weeks he was not attending. We objected to the invoice and spoke with Corporate. We explained our child was hurt TWICE and withdrew him. They said the school didn't remove him from their roster for another two weeks and therefore we owed. He did NOT attend those two weeks in question; which they agree. We didn't pay. Coincidentally this was the same week an infant was accidentally locked in the school sleeping and the staff went home not realizing a baby was sleeping in a crib. It made national news. It reinforced our decision this was not the right school. The principal resigned. Fast forward, we were sent to collections. Kindercare you sure won - you beat us out of $240. My daughter is about to be 4 months old and she has been going to KinderCare for the last month. Since this is my first child, I would constantly check up on her, but the staff really put me at ease. They continue to demonstrate how much they care and my daughter always has a smile on her face when I pick her up. She seems to really love Daniela, and the rest of the staff really does their part to make sure my daughter is taken care of. Julissa and Catalina are also both great. read more

Incredibly loving staff that from day one made my son and I feel cared for and safe. Ms. Hannah is a great leader and shows nothing but love and affection to the children at her school. Miss Jeanine (both of them... ) are great with their class and as a result my son talks about both teachers with great affection over the weekend. when we are home. This is my sons third school and of all three this one gives me the most comfort, greatest feedback about his developments alongside the other children, and always makes me feel that my son is not just another child in a crowd. I appreciate the staff here and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a preschool/daycare in the area. read more

Since day one, we felt at home. After staying home for my son for the first year, I was worried about finding a safe, fun, and educational place for him to learn and grow, while I went back to work. We were looking for a place, like Kindercare, that because of it's structure, have standards, policies, and procedures to follow. You know there is quality and accountability. After reading the great reviews, we checked it out and were impressed. Nicholan and Catalina are so welcoming and great at their job, from my perspective. Anticipate my questions and flexible with changes to our needs. Mrs. Maria and her the other teacher (sorry i forget her name), were great with the kids and worked with me with my sons dietary needs. Or stay a few minutes after closing because there was an accident causing delays. If he tripped or fell running, they called me. Even though it was just a small scratch, I appreciated them keeping me informed and informing me of the care they provided. Or if I forgot to tell them a family friend is picking him up, they call me right away, before allowing them inside - I appreciate that. They have family events throughout the year where you can meet fellow parents in your kids classroom. We ended up only being there for 6 months, as work relocation brought us out of state. No one can replace your role as a parent, measure up, or provide the same intense love or care, but they're pretty close. Great experience and recommend it. read more

Our son and daughter have been attending the center for about two years now and my husband and I, are continually amazed of how much progress our little one's display on an everyday basis. The center is always vibrant and wreaks of learning. Our bundle of joys are always eager to attend school and routinely, they must start off their morning with greeting either Ms. Nicolan or Ms. Catalina in the office. They are such an amazing duo and though we may not recall the name of every staff, the team as a whole brings forth such a family-oriented feel and makes drop-offs a breeze with no worries. This center is everything a parent could ask for! After a lengthy search and many visits where I was left unimpressed by many of the other schools/daycares in the area I accidentally stumbled upon this location. The cleanliness is immaculate here! I mention that first because it's the first thing you notice in the door. The staff is amazing, extremely caring and loving to the children. All of the teachers are very welcoming and do a great job at keeping parents informed. Ms. Nicolan and the rest of the staff were very supportive during a recent death in our family and I couldn't have asked for a better out of home support system for my little girl. They go above and beyond and I love that about them because you can tell they do their jobs from the heart. What more could you ask for? My daughter has been here since she was 18 mo old and is on her way to kindergarten after this summer. I know she'll be sad the day she outgrows daycare and aftercare here. It's exactly the kind of place you would want your child to be cared for outside of your own home and I can't thank them enough for their services. read more

During the short amount of time my child attended this school, I wish to never endure this kind of experience again. We were promised designated meals, enhanced education, safety and guidance for our children and I can testify none of this was fulfilled. Besides seeing the obvious destruction through out the school; broken toys, chairs, equipment, outdoor playgrounds, the development of my child educationally and mentally actually started to deminish. Considering the amount of money spent on tuition my husband and I were appalled day after day seeing our child hold a doll with missing eyes or trying to complete a puzzle without its rightful pieces. My children were constantly dirty upon pick up and ALWAYS hungry. There were few times my children would bring any type of completed projects home or have anything new to share about what they learned in school that day. This establishment is a glorified babysitting building and that's complimenting it. I have yet to see the director interact with the children besides sitting down at a table and yelling demands at them across the room. When we visited our children during lunch time and witnessed the food being served I almost pulled them out that second. We watched the teacher serve some sort of meat patty, canned vegetables and mashed potatoes soaked in butter to the children in such little portions that not even the last children served got every item on their plate. Besides just lack of basic care for the children I quickly noticed how much my child was moved from one classroom to another. When I asked the director why I am dropping my child in one classroom and picking her up in another she responded that this was their way of transitioning her to the next step of her educational process. So then after weeks of her then NOT going back into the higher classroom I asked again.. She explained ratio needed to be met and my child would go into her next level classroom when there was room for her. So basically my child will be stuck in a lower development classroom to make ratio problems easier on staff. I have never felt so strongly about a child care center in my life and suggest to any parent considering this school to consider elsewhere. read more
