It just doesn't seem like online orders are being prioritized or managed efficiently. On top of that, both orders of pita chips were so heavily seasoned and salty that I couldn't finish them. I've had the pita chips here many times over the years and never had this issue before, but the last two visits have been consistent enough that it feels worth mentioning. As a college student, eating out is something I have to budget for and is a treat I look forward to. When the food isn't edible because it's overly salty and the pickup process takes significantly longer than expected, it feels like a waste of money. I know everyone has off days, and I've had plenty of positive experiences at this location in the past.
