    2 protein platter
    Sherlyn T.

If you're looking for authentic greek flavor then you definitely should stop by and give Platia Greek Goodness a try. This casual restaurant is an order and sit type of place. Their menu has a lot to choose from and the best way is to go for us was the platter option. Definitely shareable. It can seem a little pricey but the servings were fair for the price. Our 2 protein options were chicken skewers, lamb patties, lemon potatoes, greek salad, beet hummus and original hummus spread. Everything came fresh and hot. One suggestion though is maybe a couple more pieces of pita. The staff was very attentive and made sure to check-in on us. We definitely enjoyed our lunch at Platia and it is a nice addition to Mount Pleasant.

Love Greek gyros so was thrilled to discover this place in the Houston Northcutt shopping center near Harris Teeter. Delicious gyros. Easy takeout. Fast, friendly service. Neat little place also serves there.

Great Greek menu with lots of fresh and reasonable options- both in portion size and pricing. I actually don't have to figure out who will split something with me here! Both the lemonade and cucumber juice are fresh drink choices. The small sides of dips are under $2. The gyro can be made vegetarian, chicken, or lamb and all come expertly wrapped (in a manner you can eat ii to not wear it!). The baklava was tasty but could have used some honey on the dry top- we just ripped it off and enjoyed the bottom. Don't sleep on the $2 side of carrots/celery as a healthy dipping option.

Excellent Greek in a small setting. Fresh cheese, meats and veggies. Well priced also. I will revisit.

Waitress tried to take out order while standing in side the restaurant insisting she didn't know who our server was and that she would find out. We made her come back to table so we could order like normal customers. She came back took all the orders at once and only came to check on us only when dropping something off. Food was alright, charged for an extra dressing and bread was as soggy as your first ex wife. For the inconvenience she offered us a free cookie which she brought out still wrapped not even warmed or on a plate. Funny thing is I was paying with a gift card from a previous messed up order where we picked up and they forgot to add the extra protein on all of our salads then when they remade the order they somehow did it again. The drinks we got were gross but she didn't ask and at this point we were over it. 71 dollars for a mediocre meal and bad service with a waitress who could care less if we lived or died. Funny after already having to give this place another shot from the previous mishap. Oh, the table next us was being served, got their food and drink before us and left before us as well. Not sure what happened there.

The interior has been refurbished... more tables and very inviting. There's also several tables on the deck where it's quiet enough to have conversations. The menu includes apps, panini, sandwiches and salads ... something for all dining preferences. There are off menu desserts and kid's selections, too ... ask about them! Today, I had a delicious turkey Swiss panini and selected the house potato salad as my side. It came with a yummy raspberry mayo. Delicious sammie? You bet! My friend had a 'taste' of she-crab soup. A great choice and just $4.00 for an expresso sized cup. It was topped with pieces of lump crab meat and chunky with lots of backfin crab throughout. She also enjoyed the beet salad with feta, glazed pecans, red onion and arugula. Gently tossed with a maple vinaigrette, this was a mighty tasty salad. Our server was friendly and kept our beverages topped off. It's a little off the beaten path so look for it if you're in the vicinity Ben Sawyer and Coleman Blvd. You'll love it!
