The work they do in pretty inconsistent and their price is high. Sometime they do a perfect job and sometimes they miss thing a rush through things. It's called detailing because the job is a supposed to be done carefully and in depth. read more

Was not happy with end result. Was told that they couldn't polish trim on my car, that it was oxidation, but I was able to do it at home with product I had and it came out great. Whatever they used on windshield, when it rained the next day, I couldn't see; it was like they forgot to wipe off film..it was scary!! Won't go back. read more

Where to start! Setting up a appointment is pretty easy. Don't show up early no one gets there till two minutes till 8 lol. But to have my car all day and pay $320.00 to detail a new car that isn't even that dirty should not have been a hard task. I work third so when I picked up my car I took a glance and noticed there was still dirt on my car so the lady grabs a towel and wipes it off lol. Mind you it was supposed to have been hand washed and waxed a full detail. I drove it home and noticed so much more. Even tho I told them not to worry about the trunk because I have subs in the back I open my trunk to see water sitting in my trunk mat under my speakers so dried that up. There's some kind of spray all over my subs. Wipe that off. Still dirt on many places on the outside of my car under and around the wing the doors around my wheels my rims are still dirty. Now looking on the inside I lifted the mats inside because the deal was full detail which is shampooing carpets as well well my carpet is still wet and there's still dirt in my carpet mind you I have weather tech mats all around my car. The car is a 2023 that I have had for less than 6000 miles the carpet wasn't bad from the get go but you could tell either no one bothered vacuuming my carpet or just did a crap job like the rest of it. The center console still had the drop of coffee on it and the bad things is I knew where the spot was and you couldn't miss it if you where anywhere near detail oriented. There was spray residue everywhere I had to go back over the interior of the car dry my trunk out hell they didn't even clean my seats good. My radio still had the same smudge marks as it did when I dropped it off. I literally cleaned my car before and after taking it to them. I would hate to see what they would do with a very dirty car. So running late to work I go there no sense in pdi because they were closed so waited to call in the morning. All they could say was that I seemed happy with my car... lol when someone shows up to pick there car up from a detail place and you see them walk up and start wiping the car off with there sleeve probably not a good thing. So anyways we called and were told the only thing they could do was detail it again lol why so I have to was it again. I work 50 hours a week I don't have time for bs. I work hard for my money and I don't have time to waste. But if this sounds like what you want to experience go get your crap detail job today lol. I'm going to dispute this because I paid for a service that was not granted. They say one thing and do another. Lesson learned I just hope someone else doesn't go through what I just did. #DOITYOURSELF my grandfather told me a long time ago if you want something do right do it yourself and that's exactly what I should have done lesson learned read more

Very dissatisfied! Paid for interior clean, they didn't even wipe down anything, and total missed cleaning the windows. When they called to see if I was happy with the job, informed her, not at all. She said she would tell the owner, never heard back. read more

I've worked here only get paid 4-7 dollars to get treated like shit. They expect us as the workers to finish car cleaning in under 15 minutes. Due to the fact that cars are cleaned in that short amount of time the cars aren't cleaned very well and most likely would return with scuff marks and other damages. read more

They do a pretty good job detailing my car, however the attitude of certain employees can make customer feel very unwelcomed.
