I spent a lot of money on this pool Cleaner three years back and now I am learning that I potentially bought an older model that is no longer supported. Apparently I purchased this model late in its sales cycle and just before a new model was introduced. I was not told that at the time of purchase. Spending $700 on a pool cleaner and only getting three seasons out of it and not being able to get it fixed just puts a bad taste in my mouth not necessarily for the store but specifically Polaris pool cleaners. I purchased a different brand online just so that I did not give my business to Polaris again. Unfortunately, for pinch a penny as a result, they did not get the business.

When I was looking for new service, not only was Coltan quick and courteous but he even gave me some tips as to what could be the issue and how to potentially resolve them. He arrived right on time for an estimate appointment, and gave me a more than reasonable quote for my pool. On top of the expected cleaning, they also provide you with report info so you always know exactly what they are using and doing when they come by. And with no contract, if you should ever need to stop service for whatever reason, its not going to be a huge hassle. It was nice to have someone that I could actually ask questions, as my previous provider was virtually non-communicative. The only reason I chose to go with another provider is because since Wave Sun is stationed in Windemere and I live in Lockhart, it would have been more expensive with less service since they don't have a lot of business in this area yet, so they would need to make up the cost in fuel. Totally understandable and I'm hoping that in the future they get enough business in the area they can do weekly service. I will switch to them in a heartbeat if they do. If you are in the Windemere area give them a call ASAP, if I was this impressed and didn't even go with them, I can only imagine how great their service is to actually have. Since having the service for over a month, my pool is sparkling clean and it's nice getting a email with the photo and chemical analyses of the pool weekly. i had a very concerning experience with this business. one of their drivers almost caused a serious…read moreaccident by pulling out directly in front of me. it was reckless and could have ended very badly. the license plate started with 30f. when i called to report the incident, the response felt dismissive and insincere. the person on the phone simply said "sorry" and did not ask for details, attempt to identify the driver, or explain how the issue would be addressed. there was no effort to take accountability or follow up. based on this experience alone, i would not recommend this business. if they are unwilling to properly handle a serious safety concern, it makes me question how they would treat paying customers.
