We ended up getting less on the sale of our home in Los Angeles than anticipated, so the original property we chose in Lake Havasu City had to be changed to another property Becky had listed that was within our budget. We ended up purchasing 2615 Diablo Drive, Lake Havasu AZ. Becky opened escrow for us in Lake Havasu City. We did not realize that she did not order an inspection on our new home. I believed that she had my best interest at heart, and we had $30,000 extra cash after this purchase so there was enough money to pay for an inspection. My concentration was mainly on the sale of our home in Los Angeles, as we ran into some difficulties on the sale. I did not notice there was NO inspection ordered. We love our new home, however we are finding a lot of problems with the home. +Among the problems we are finding are: Faulty air conditioner, had to be repaired, Electrical plugs inside and outside the home do not work, Heater did not work (we froze for 3 months) None of the sprinklers outside work and we have a huge amount of landscaping that has to be hand watered, the pool was in disrepair and needed work done. We had to purchase a home warranty program, as we are on a fixed income and do not have the cash flow to fix all the problems we are finding. This was going to be our primary residence so we had our own furniture. The house was fully furnished. Becky told us she would have all the furniture removed but it never happened. We had to move all the furniture outside in our backyard and on the side of the house and pay to have it hauled off.

We ended up buying a home that had a current tenant living in the home with a few months left on the lease. Linda promised us that she would make sure to get the deposit from the current tenant. That never happened. We never got the deposit from the tenant and there was major damage when the tenant moved out of the home when the lease was up. Linda stopped answering our calls after we closed on the home. Maybe because we are in our 70's she thought we wouldn't pursue it. I would not recommend her. It was really disappointing.
