The house was delivered filthy - stove top and interior were disgusting, carpets had been soiled by pets, bathrooms and floors were just awful. As an experienced agent, I would have expected that arrangements would have been made to at least deliver a clean home to this young, excited buyer or not have him sign until the other agent arranged for cleaning.
