Been here many times because I like cheap clothes. ( Who doesn't!) I have been able to find many steals, such as pairs of jeans and shoes. I have bought around 4 pairs of shoes from this Plato's. I love this place. The only reason I took it down one is because it doesn't seem to be that much put in order and when you ask the girl where something is it's kind of hard to get a response Like they don't want to take you to it. They just kind of want to point you in a direction so I just customer service could use a little bit of help and on the weekends they only have one person working at a register and it's like there needs to be too. Honestly cuz so many people go in there but that just tells you, You get your bang for your buck!!! They always have super cute clothes You will not be disappointed. I went there and got like five items and It was my wardrobe for the whole weekend. I was more than happy and I paid like $50 can't go wrong. So yes I will stand in the long line if I have to lol. That's seriously my Only complaint but I feel like the girls could be a little more helpful with knowing their fashion too. I forgot I had asked. You know I'm going out to the such and such place like I need help getting like a cute outfit and she basically said well. We have a lot of them here lol and then I went to another boutique. This wasn't the same time but I went to another boutique and asked her and she was on it like she Just put me in a room and kept giving me outfits till I was happy service like that really pays off so maybe They could Just have their girls a little more hands on maybe but it is kind of like a second hand store so you can't expect like boutique service when you're at a second hand store I guess lol anyways I'll still be going there every week lol read more

My review is based on multiple visits. The store is neat & organized. Most items are decently priced. The customer service is so-so. This store seems to focus on what is trendy rather than quality, well made classics. While trying on clothes at Plato's, I have caught multiple items with faint stains & small rips. I might expect that at Goodwill or other similar store, but not at a consignment shop. Also, the clothes are geared towards younger styles & missy sizes. Above size large, the selection is extremely limited. I usually leave without purchasing anything. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. I am a huge fan of thrifting and visit many Plato's closet locations regularly to buy and sell clothing. But I am very disappointed in this location, I recently came to sell clothing and they bought 4 items for around $30, two pairs of shoes I noticed gone from my basket immediately and two other miscellaneous items as well. When I got home I looked through my basket to see what they ended up taking and noticed three additional items missing from my basket that were not accounted for in the buying process. MAKE SURE YOU PHYSICALLY SEE WHAT THEY ARE BUYING AND TAKE NOTE OF WHAT WAS IN YOUR BASKET WHEN YOU DROPPED IT OFF. In addition, this Plato's in particular is priced significantly higher than others, for example, T-shirt's at other Plato's will be around $6-$10, while here they are $15-$20...for the same quality used T-shirts. All around extremely disappointed, will not be returning to buy or sell, will recommend others to avoid at all costs. read more

I waited to write my review until after I sold some item's to Plato's to have a rounded opinion of them. The first day I went in I tried on a few items and ended up buying one tank for $10 and it was really nice and after looking for the label I feel like I got a good deal. The next time we went in we took a pretty big bucket of items and they only bought 14 items and gave us $24.30. Some of our stuff, such as the Nike backpack, were really nice so we don't exactly feel that we got as much money as we could have. They were also extremely picky about certain items like my blue jeans, they said they were out of style?? One nice thing is that I wanted to buy another tank and so they just took it out of what they would have given me and waved the sales tax. Over all I'm kind of iffy on Plato's. I definitely don't see myself buying anything from them but maybe some time in the future I'll sell stuff to them again and see how it goes. read more

I seriously felt HAPPY as soon as I walked in the store today for the 1st time. The organization was a blessing to the eye. Upon leaving I was pleased knowing we were very happy with the purchases we had made. It felt great. Ty for having the best Top Notch Consignment Retail store in my area. read more
