No exit signs
Dangerous in case of fire / incident
Unfriendly receptionist
We have to wait more than five minutes for her to finish her private phone call. No sorry, nothing.
No soap
A place of that price level should have soap dispensers in the showers; not here. when we asked a staff member, she looked very astounded at us, did not offer us any soap to buy.
No drinks
