Beacon Electric and Lighting were responsive, friendly, professional, and took care of everything I needed done. There was some confusion about scheduling at one point, but it didn't seem like a typical occurrence, so I shrugged it off. Nice folks, professional work, and worth the professional rate they charged. In my experience, you get what you pay for. I'm fine with paying the going rate for top-notch work, especially if shoddy work can be dangerous to me!

Absolutely terrible communication from the sales person with a complete lack of response to emails and calls. They did not send an adequate number of delivery people to the install appointment either, despite this need being communicated to them well in advance.
