Not only was he unprofessional, he brought his girlfriend and his large dog to the job site as well as showed up in flip flops. He frequently showed up late, when he even bothered showing up at all, and he never called till hours later to let us know he wasn't coming. He ruined a shower stall that we had just bought, he recommended one of his friends to do our carpets, and the friend he recommended ruined them. After he walked off the job, he then spread rumors that we stole his tools and tried taking us to court after we had already paid him for 1/2 the project. We ended up having to bring in another contractor to completely tear our the work he had done and start completely over, costing us another $2,000 in labor and even more in supplies. I would not recommend him to build a dog house let alone have him work on someone home. After the experience we had with him, we found others that had just as bad things to say about his work and his professionalism. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON/BUSINESS!!!!

I had tried to contact him many times with no response. In the end he told me I needed to find someone else. It was excuse after excuse! So these counter tops laid in my living room for over a month waiting for him to install. He also built a deck for me that was sagging and leaning. Again I tried to contact him and no answer. I finally had two other contractors come over to look at it and they both said it was poor craftsmanship and it was unsafe. After sending him a message that I was taking him to small claims court did he finally get back to me. He did come back to fix it on his dime and time will tell. They cut the trim too short on some windows exposing the wood beneath. Some of the trim edges don't match up. Each window was caulked VERY badly. We asked them to come back to fix it. Weeks and weeks later they showed up and 'fixed' it when we were gone. The caulking job is still horrendous and the wood still exposed. Now I have to go back and paint around every window because the caulking is still smeared all over. I am embarrassed if anyone gets close to my windows! I would never use them again.

I would like to start off by saying that we were very happy with the work done, the employees who…read moredid the work were quick and efficient. We however ended up with a different rep who's name is Hunter after our previous guy Shane had left the company. It was a great fit at first, he would communicate quickly, also helped fight our insurance company and won. As much as we appreciated all the hard work it was in the end we realized we had made a big mistake in hiring this company. When Hunter had went over numbers with my husband and I we were told that after replacing the roof on our home and 2 garages, painting which we bought and did ourselves, and replacing our A.C unit we would be GETTING back around 2,000 for labor and we would not owe anything out of pocket. with that we went ahead and had the work done. Once the work was done we were satisfied and told Hunter we were happy and waited for the check from insurance to pay them. Once that came in we were blindsided with being told we would still owe $3,800. Not only were we confused by this amount but we then got threatening calls from their legal dept, a man named Jacob demanding payment in full right away or they will take us to court. He used intimidation tactics to scare us into agreeing to these charges. I would like to mention this is our first time dealing with a roofing company. He is rude, unprofessional and zero customer service skills. When I questioned the charges he got even more enraged and threatening in his emails to me. When I messaged Hunter asking about these charges after what we discussed verbally I was ignored and later emailed again in a threatening manner by Jacob telling me " not to circumvent his authority". We live in a small town and actually got their information from a neighbor who also went through them and shared the same awful experience. The wife of said neighbor ended up having to hang up on Jacob due to how rude and hostile he was on the phone. We also found out this family ended owing the exact amount ($3,800) we did after also being told they would owe nothing out of pocket! We will NEVER go through this company again and just want to warn anyone else, always have it in writing and never trust a company has your best interest at heart. We definitely learned our lesson. This company AND Jacob needs turned in. This is horrible and disgusting behavior and business.
