Sadly, the staff you have to deal with when you first arrive or call are not worth coming here. I have had multiple issues within the few months of going. They are dismissive and have been rude. I came here because I am having tough problems, not to be met with more. It had been hard for me to reach out, to ask for help and come in. I wanted to make steps forward but IBH Muscle Shoals has reminded me why I do not. I am continuing my process with other doctors, which is tough when dealing with mental health issues. I know in the long run it will be worth it. Save yourself the trouble, and find somewhere else. I hope the nurses and therapists that do the good work there find a better place to share their gifts and knowledge. The front staff is ruining it for you.
