We paid for a dedicated driver, yet Alvin repeatedly failed to stay on site--or even nearby--during our stops. At every location, we were forced to wait 15+ minutes in the cold, which added up to well over an hour of unnecessary waiting throughout the night. As a result, we were made late for our dinner reservations. When this was brought to his attention, he attempted to argue that he had been on site the entire time, which was simply not true. Customer service was completely lacking. Alvin did not assist anyone out of the vehicle, offered no apologies for the delays, and was generally rude and dismissive. This is not the level of service anyone expects from a professional chauffeur company--especially one advertising premium service. To make matters worse, when I received the final invoice, I was overcharged by an additional hour and my deposit was not applied. I had to call to dispute the charges, and while the invoice was eventually corrected, nothing was done to address the poor service we experienced. I expected at least a small courtesy discount or a call from an owner or manager acknowledging the issue. Instead, they simply reissued the bill for the original quote--despite not delivering the level of service we paid for. In short, we paid for a dedicated, professional chauffeur experience and received the opposite. Between the constant waiting, poor attitude, and lack of accountability from management, this was not worth the cost. I would not recommend Ambassador Global Chauffeur Inc based on this experience.
