Do not use this company to book your vacation/holiday rental. I had the WORST experience ever. I…read morebooked a two bedroom apartment for one month last year. When I arrived straight from the airport the office was closed even though they knew my arrival time. My friend called the owner, Azucena Sanz, and she said she was at lunch. Two hours later she arrived back. She took us to the accommodation and we discovered it was right beside the railway tracks with high speed trains running all day. I was not told this nor given the address/location at time of booking. I was sent photo's of the inside and outside of the building but no mention of how close the railway tracks were. During the course of the next two weeks, there was no hot water, the shower curtain fell, the shower broke, the televisions did not work, the shutter on the bedroom window got stuck, the pillows were dirty and smelled terrible, the bed linen on the sleeper sofa was left from the previous occupants and was filthy, and the outside shutter on the slider in the living room stuck in the closed position. Some of these items were fixed/replaced, but not all and only after requests from me. I asked for a partial refund and I would move. They refused. Then when I contacted the local consumer association, they offered me another place MILES away in the middle of nowhere in what looked like a very dicey area. I did not accept it. Then they said they had a new tenant that would take my place and they would refund me two weeks rent. By now I had moved out but they never refunded me my two week's rent. On the last day of my stay, I went to the office to get my deposit and the owner had to phone her bank to see if she had enough money in her account to refund my 200 Euros.
