Do not bring children here. I have been a customer of here for years and years. Used to love them. But my most recent and last visit, one of the barbers was saying the most foul, disgusting things I have ever heard in my life. And he was saying this so the entire shop could hear. I do not feel comfortable with listing everything out, but there was a lot of WAY over the line sexual things discussed. To the point where I sadly will never return. I was so uncomfortable the entire time. Can't believe that happened. What a shame. I literally audio recorded my hair cut to show people, because no one would have believed me otherwise. read more

Received a fantastic cut today from Brooke at the Warrington location. Had made an appointment, she took me right on time, was very friendly and accommodating, and the cut was wonderful - as it was our first time she asked me several times how I wanted this and that, so I was very comfortable with the experience. Great banter during the cut, I felt right at home. A nice warm towel at the end to soothe my neck and ears - nice touch! I do not recommend this barber shop. I came in when the shop opened and was asked to come back later. When I did I was left waiting. Another customer came in and sat right down . I left and will not be back. I found the way this was handled was very rude. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. The most unprofessional barber shop I've ever been to. Kids running around everywhere bumping the chairs. Buzzers being dug into the skull. When I look for a good barbershop, there are a few things I look for, and this place checks every one of them. Staying true to appointments, having good barbers, and being friendly. I go to Alex, and he gets you taken care of fast and does a great job. You do need to download his app, which is where you make appointments with him, but the fact that he gets you in and out in less than 25 mins is tremendous. I finally got a hot towel shave for the first time in my life. It was amazing from start to finish. It was much more than a shave. It was like a shave/facial. Very relaxing. They used several hot towels during the process and explained everything as we went along. They took their time and did a fantastic job. I even had my head shaved while I was there. My skin felt clean and smooth when finished due to the top shelf shave products they used on me. All of the employees are friendly and courteous which puts you in a very good mood. I will definitely go back on a regular basis now. My only regret is that I waited so long to give them a try. read more

Brian at Players Barber Shop in Warrington is fantastic! My little guy has his state championship for baseball this weekend and all he wanted was his number shaved into the back of his head. Brian did such an amazing job and really took the time to make sure it was perfect! I have taken my boys to him for their past few hair cuts and he goes above and beyond to make sure they walk out with the best hair.
