From the outside I had assumed Niki Belle was much more girlie and lower priced, with the usual suspects like fast fashion labels Ladakh, Minkpink, Cameo and the like on its shelves - and it is, in part. But the store is also a clearance centre for bigger Aussie designers, and at really good prices. We're talking MyPetSquare for a cool $50. Most of it 50-70% off in fact. While I haven't quite found a piece for me in there yet (I am super notoriously picky though), it's definitely worth a glance on a regular basis. There are bargains to be had, ladies. The space looks pretty makeshift and new, with racks and a few mannequins and a little display for shoes and bags, and that's it. Spartan, yes, but you'll probably be looking to hard at the reduced price tags to notice anyway.

Like I expected, Niki Belle has all the good brands that a girl like myself will go a little koo-koo for, such as Kuku. Seriously, no direct pun intended. Although I have found a shirt here for -significantly- more than at Myers recently, I would still conclude in saying that this store is not too severely priced, especially for a boutique situated in the Burnside area. The clothes in Witchery are always contemporary, clean and stock great prints, shoes, bags, accessories and a whole new range of children's clothes and men's clothes. It is quite an expensive place (many tops are in excess of $80) but the quality is good and the sizes seem to be able to fit most people both petite and larger. The girl in the last review was talking about her petite size. I am quite the opposite and I really struggle to find a place where the L or the 14 fits me properly. So I can feel comfortable there. Let me take you back to my birthday. I had the day off of work and I had a party that night. I thought I'd treat myself to buying a new outfit from my favourite shop. Sales were on (Witchery always seem to have good sales) and the Norwood Witchery was my first stop because of their big range. During the day, there were not many people in there but the shop was quite messy probably due to the craziness of the good sales. I found a few things to try on but had a question to ask the lady at the counter about a particular size. I stood there and waited while she stood there popping display boxes open and talking to her friend about the weekend she just had. She looked me in the eye three times but kept going. When her friend left, she just looked down and kept going. I had to ask her to help me, but she wasn't willing to leave her box popping. She then asked the other lady to help me. She looked disgruntled to do it and refused to call another store for me. I left feeling about an inch tall and went to Witchery Burnside where the people were lovely and I bought a brilliant top. I'm not a complainer - it's not what I do, but I have never been treated so badly like I shouldn't be in a store. Please don't let it distract from how great the other Witchery stores are - I've only ever been helped.

They actually stock my size So every time I come into the Rundle Mall store, all the XS and size 6s are gone. All the 35s in shoes are gone. Basically I'm just looking around at everything I like, wishing I could buy something, anything. But nothing fits. *cries* When you're petite, life is hard. Life is a struggle. Life is full of dilemmas. "Should I buy this now, or wait til it goes on sale? But what if they sell out of my size?" Many a time I have bought something for the full price, the next minute it goes on sale and there's about 5 remaining in my size. Ouch. Other times, I've waited til it goes on sale and they run out of my size. See what I meeeeean! So anyway, Witchery at Norwood is good for me. I don't know whether they stock more of my size, or whether they're just a quieter store so my size doesn't run out as quickly. Either way, I can shop in peace.

The clothing is fairly diverse and caters for a range of budgets. You can buy a casual outfit right through to a dress for formal. They often have a sales rack out the front to attract customers inside but don't forget to look down the back near the change rooms as there is usually another sales rack hidden there. They also have a good selection of accessories to complete your outfit.

There are women speaking loudly from all angles, and the shop assistants are very flamboyant, which can be quite fun. I often try to sneak in here for a quiet browse, but if it's busy I don't bother. Though, the sales racks are always worth a look, even if you have to elbow your way in to see them.

They have cardigans for $4.95, t-shirts and casual dresses for $6.95, and fancy dresses for $10! Seriously guys, it definitely is a bargain store. I recently bought a dress for $10 from here, and it looks like it cost over $100. Lucky me! The store is big enough, enabling you plenty of room to browse the store comfortable. Considering the low prices, the shelves are still reasonably filled with stock. My only problem is the change rooms. There's not many and when there's big specials on it takes far too long to try anything on. You're better off guessing the size and just buying the clothes without trying them on. For that price, who cares?

Anyway let's get back to the story before I start talking about catch phrases. If you're a fan of Brooks clothing and footwear then I would definitely suggest coming here. It's definitely a much better choice to come to the outlet store before going to a normal retail store because you know you're going to pay a lot less! I really do have a love for outlet stores, you can find things up to half price depending on where you go. The customer service has always been standard with a smile on the side. The smile sells it. Works like a charm. Everytime. Who wants to buy something from someone who looks miserable?

However one day my friend was over from interstate and dragges me in here when we went shopping at Harbour Town. Honestly I am so glad she did. This store stocks clothes for larger women. They only stock size 14 and upwards. So you don't have to deal with getting nasty looks from size 10 and 12's because they won't be in this shop. They ahve some really nice stuff in here. As well as some very unique clothing. I would never normally go to one of their stores at another location as they can be expensive and I just wouldn't spend that kind of money on clothes. However being at Harbour Town this is like a clearance outlet so all end of season stuff and the likes come here. I managed to get a georgous summer tank top for only $10 and a tank top for only $5. y friend bought a beautiful long dress to wear to a Xmas party for only $15! They have some amazing clothing and dresses, even some great formal wear. I will definitely be checking out the stock each time I go to Harbour Town from now on.

It has been a family owned business for over 35 years in North Adelaide, so people know they can trust the staff to do a proper fit, ensuring your purchase is the right one. I've always found there is no problem for staff to go and get an armfull of boxes out from the back room for my child and I to try several different brands and she which suits and fits. They stock alot of Clarks and Grosby brands and also shoes and sandals which can accommodate orthopedic inserts. Plus fun stuff too like sneakers and thongs such as Dunlop, Crocs, Havaianas and other more exotic brands I've never heard of before.
