The staff learn your dogs names and yours right away, and they have a spot to store your own dog food and treats for when they get their mid-day snack. Beware though, this place is not where you want to take your dog if you want a clean dog returned, my dog manages to get every piece of dirt stuck to her but she doesn't mind the bath afterwards because she's too worn out to protest ;) Fetch also has obedience classes, agility classes, and other classes all posted on their website's calendar! I have been home several times when the walkers come by, and my dog is always loose and relaxed when he sees them, and happy when I come home. I get updates after every walk so that I know for certain my dog got out and how it went. I got updates every morning and night that I was away. You will barely find a piece of animal hair on the floor as well the lobby is much nicer than the other vet. When it comes to taking my animal to the vet, I will switch between the two. It depends on what I can afford at that time. I do trust both of these vets with my animals and that is the main part.
