We took our dog here four times. The first three were okay, but after the fourth day we ended up asking for our money back for the remainder of our pre-paid days.
We showed up at 7 (when they open) and nobody was there. A couple minutes later Jen showed up with her three dogs and let us in. She told me she would have to move her car because I had parked in her spot, which meant she had to leave my dog unsupervised while she did that.
She then realized that their pool had not been cleaned over the weekend and that it was dangerous for the dogs, so she tried moving them to the other room. Our dog didn't listen so she decided to hide from him, and then grab his collar as he walked by. This resulted in him biting her and bruising her skin.
That is completely innappropriate dog handling, especially for a dog that she already knew didn't like being handled at all. We took our dog there so he could have positive experiences with people, and he got the opposite. read more
