It's right off of the main road near Collingwood but on the side close to Blue Mountain. The atrium is nice and open and nicely decorated. Right from check-in, staff were exceptionally friendly and that was the case with every interaction for my 2 night visit. We had a couple appetizers at their restaurant 'Memories'. I could leave a review there, but since it's also right in the hotel I'll include it here. Loved the wings, but what really stood out was their breakfast buffet. It's $11 for the continental but only $14 for the full buffet. I was fully impressed and it was great value for the money. Lots of the regular stuff you'd expect, but everything was done right and very fresh. There was also an omelette station with it's own chef with lots of options to create something to your taste. The buffet had a couple unique things too, like mini samosas, a veg mixed bean dish, bread pudding and spiced maple syrup. Again, staff were beyond friendly and super attentive. The room was nice enough. The bed was really comfortable and on the firm end which I prefer. A couple of the renos and touch ups were a bit on the sloppy side and on the second night it was apparent the sound proofing wasn't the greatest - though it was quieter fortunately by the time we went to bed. But it was a fairly large room and for the price it was still pretty good. We had a busy schedule and I wasn't able to use the gym, mini arcade or the pool, but they are there and I at least saw the pool and saw that it's a pretty good size. A good stay overall, with very good value for mid-range pricing, exceptional staff and and awesome breakfast buffet.

They literally did not care at all that one of their guests was having an issue and seemed put out that I asked them about it. Let me start by saying that they've really put in a lot of effort in equipping this place with a bunch of games. From darts, to bingo, to computer slots to table tennis to pool. The place is a pretty huge size. But the funny thing is that on a Friday night, the place was empty. The kitchen & bar closed at 11pm. The only thing alive was the bingo room which had quite a bit of people, who left the room right after the bingo game was over. I am not sure why the management of this place isn't promoting this place. If I was in charge, I would host weekend parties here, by calling in DJs or live bands and of course advertising to get a decent crowd here. Get promoters, get someone to organize it all over mississauga and get the place pumping. Anyway, it was a shame to see the place empty. Wish them all the best

Good place to come on weekends, or any night when your favorite team is playing, they've got a 12'X6' Jumbo HD TV and the bar is always stocked full of great drinks. The food is fantastic, a lot of good sandwiches. For all you gamblers out there! They've got TapTix slot machines in the bar, a MUST GO if you're in the area!
