I asked for a Caesar cut like the actor Paul Hollywood. I even pulled up a picture on my phone. Instead, she gave me this big poofy pompadour. I reminded her that I had asked for a Caesar cut, brushed forward. She brushed my hair to the side and that was it.  It was way too long for a Caesar cut and it looked dumb. I've gotten better results from the Hair Cuttery.  You can see a comparison shot below. I don't understand how someone can mess up a haircut twice after being shown a picture of what I wanted.

Attention to what I wanted and took the time to get to know me better. Gave me context for the "bourbon club," which allows people to keep their bourbons there to sip when they are getting a cut or even if they just want to stop in and socialize, barbershop-style.
