From the point I reached out to project completion was about 2 weeks and that was with a custom made gate. It turned out great. Additionally, I had a couple other issues around the house and he had his team look at it on the spot while completing the gate. There so many thoughtful touches, a pathway for my dads wheelchair, mulch barriers from my neighbors wild flowers, storage for our kayaks. The transformation was huge, it's like a whole new house. Third job: (Last fall) paid for manual pulling/removal of Bermuda grass from garden beds, plus weed control and mulch. Emphasis on manual removal - explicitly was told they would pull all the Bermuda out manually to get all the roots out. Took a bit of chasing around to get them to actually get it on the books, and then when they did come they just buzzed everything with a string trimmed and sprayed weed killer over that. We agreed to still pay the full price on the condition that Gairy would send a team out in the spring once the Bermuda woke up and inevitably came through the mulch since it wasn't removed. He agreed, and we left it at that. Flash forward to this year and has completely ghosted us and been non-responsive. Even tried asking about having a bunch of other services added so that it wouldn't be a totally free trip, but still No luck. We finally gave up on any hope of getting the promised services, hired Mr. Outdoor Living, dropped like $4K on services with them instead and will be sticking with them next year when we do a sprinkler system and stone retaining walls.

Awful quality. We had a chain link installed in our back yard and have two larger dogs so we…read morerequested industrial strength. We didn't get it. I can easily break the links with my hands and I'm not that strong. One of our dogs just pushed through the bottom of the fence without trying. We had them come back to tighten the tension wire and they promised it was industrial strength. Dogs pushed out again. With ease. We watched them do it. Didn't even have to really push. So we went and bought temporary stakes and 2x4s to secure the bottom of the fence until they can get back out to fix it. Their fix including cutting our stakes we just purchased and running the tension wire through those! The issue is the fencing is not industrial strength. It's the cheapest of cheapest materials. We have since had 3 other fence companies come out to give us quotes to fix this since JM won't return phone calls

Prosper Landscaping Construction was the best experience I had working with a contractor. I wanted…read moresod laid in my yard and chose them after getting estimates from other contractors. Mark met with me within a couple of days to survey my property and gave me his expert opinions and recommendations. He offered so much more than I had envisioned and gave me several options to chose from. I chose the option to have my front and side yard fully covered with sod. I also had a driveway drainage issue when it rained, causing water to pool in my driveway up to several days. I was so impressed with Mark's patience in answering my questions and thoroughly explaining the steps on how the sod project would be completed, I had him include the estimate for a french drain to be installed as well. I accepted the offer and Mark provided timely communications and updates before the project began. On the day of the project, Mark and his crew were extremely organized and work very well together. The old grass was removed and the clay soil was prepped and leveled. The 100 ft french drain was installed during the yard preparation. The top soil was applied and leveled. The sod arrived on time and installation began on the morning of its arrival. Mark and his crew had all the sod laid quickly. The team was very friendly and respectful of my property. One of the crew members found an expensive drill and gave it to me so I could return it to the Spectrum technician who left it when he was moving the cable lines. I worked from home and I was not disturbed by the work going on outside from the crew. All the work was completed in two days. Now I have an HOA friendly yard!
