Also recommended is in the afternoon around, around 4 or 5, to drink coffee or have ice cream in the sunny days. Keep in mind they have street fair in the weekends that has fruits, vegetables and hand crafts, you can find amazing things there! Last, if you have a dog, it's perfect! One has many places to find a…read moregood spot to sit and enjoy a good book, or rest with your dog, or hang out with friends with some mates, etc. There is different areas to check out different plants and trees, really fun to walk through this park. Not as big nor as significant as a Central Park in Manhattan, for example, but this area is in its own sense the Central Park of Palermo neighborhood. The neighborhood is filled with bars, clubs, restaurants, crowds, and so on. Sometimes it is nice to get away from that and enjoy a bit of nature. In Palermo, this is as good as it gets. I definitely recommend coming to this park sometime. I have noticed that some area are open past 5pm, but I am not sure which ones are.
