Makes you wonder what's going o. The Boutique Palacio was the only one insert into and what a great concept. It has lots of different boutique stores in smaller sections. Lots of options. This is an outdoor mall with both dining and shopping available. I really enjoyed the lush plants throughout to really tie in the location. As I didn't purchase anything, can't speak tot he value. Perhaps next time.

It has a mix…read moreof upscale stores, normal mall stores you would recognize from the US, and a few souvenir shops that are more Cancun specific. The upscale side of things was a little surprising. A lot of the prices were actually more expensive than what you would pay in the US, or at best about the same, so do not expect luxury shopping deals here. There are some really good looking restaurants throughout the mall and a couple different dessert and ice cream places too. We tried one gelato place that shaped the ice cream into a flower or rose shape, which was pretty cool and different. One thing I did appreciate was security. There were military police around the property, so the whole place felt safe and well monitored. Overall, it is a clean, modern shopping center with a lot to do. Just do not come expecting bargains, come for the atmosphere, restaurants, and variety instead.

The mall was air conditioned, clean, 80's modern, and safe with mostly middle range shops. The Food court was easy to find. There were a couple sit down restaurants. We went to the sushi restaurant but the hostess said there was a long wait. We settled on Pizza Hut for my youngest which had a surprisingly long wait. The rest of us ate Chinese "Cajun" food which is similar to what's offered in all US malls. Everyone was fed for about $35. The food was a little greasy but filling. I had to use my Spanish to order everything. The staff were all very friendly and hospitable.

It has every store you can think of from dirt ass cheap to very expensive and upscale. There's TONS of food options, a 4D theater, cheap covid testing, and a huge discount grocery store. I could've easily spent a full day here exploring all the goodies! I'm most impressed with Calcium nails where I got my gel acrylic nails done for $14 USD. I was also amazed by the grocery store. It had clothes, food, shoes, towels, alcohol, literally EVERYTHING. Like a big ole even cheaper Walmart lol. It can be very packed in the mall and a lot of people just walk right into you. I thought that was weird but hey what can ya do? I'm definitely looking forward to going back and exploring the mall even more.

Dinner reservations were made for us without input and could not be changed. Our experience with Fabiola Florez was especially disappointing. Her tone and demeanor felt dismissive and unprofessional, setting a negative tone for our stay. The food was the worst part of the resort. Buffets were cold, watery, and low quality with very few edible options. Food throughout the resort tasted the same and was consistently poor. Room service was also disappointing, including cold pasta with unmelted cheese and underwhelming desserts. Only Pepsi products were offered throughout the entire resort. Our first room felt dirty, outdated, and cramped. The sink would not drain. The drain had rust or dirt all in it. Very gross! Several electrical outlets were burned and did not work, with visible black scorch marks that appeared to be from some type of fire. There were no working outlets near the bed, making it difficult to charge devices. My husband, who has back issues, could not plug in his heating pad where needed. The hallways were dark and often wet. After the first night, we requested a room change and had to pack up ourselves after a full day at the beach, with no assistance or luggage cart. The process was frustrating, and the phone in our new room never worked despite reporting it multiple times. Communication was difficult, as many staff members do not speak English well, and the TV had little to no English programming or captions. We repeatedly asked about water activities, but no one could provide clear information on snorkeling, boat trips, or jet skis. Many activities advertised in photos (slides, go-karts, bowling) cost extra. We had to walk the beach to the pier to find out information on beach activities since the resort could give no information, and we were told water activities were canceled due to wind, yet we saw boats operating later that day. The ocean is very rocky, making the beach difficult to enjoy even with water shoes. Pool and beach service was slow, and poolside food was another cold, poor quality buffet. Overall, poor cleanliness, bad food, misleading amenities, communication issues, and unhelpful staff made this one of the worst resort experiences. We would not return or recommend this resort. Also, beware there are a lot of fake reviews on here! I wouldn't trust all these positive reviews on the food unless they aren't used to real food.

The first night we were there three students in our group were drugged either in the Lobby Bar after all three took a shot or they were drugged in the on site club called Jaguars. All three had severe hallucinations, paranoia and one ended up being taken to the hospital. On the last night two students walked up on a lady that was screaming for help while three men attempted to rape her. One of the men had his pants down and had the woman in the bushes. The management allowed him to walk off. We have a picture of him walking off. This place is not safe for anyone especially kids and young adults. When I attempted to speak with a manager I was told that was not possible. I asked for a business card with the managements information and was denied.. We spent a week at this location in 2022 and it was a great experience but it has changed and it is VERY SCARY! PLEASE take this review seriously from a mom that does not want anyone to endure what my child
