Visited here for the first time recently. We were greeted soon as we entered by the gentleman working. The gentleman working was friendly & very helpful! I looked over the wine & beer options available. I selected the Quest Cabernet Franc, which was very delicious! Also , it ended up being the last of the bottle available for 2025. Guess it was my lucky night! I really enjoyed this choice. I also tried an Italian boxed wine and it also was good. Don't knock box wine until you've tried it. Prices were reasonable on wines by the glass. Pleasure is all wine also is store. They have an array of wines available for all styles. Pricing is comparable to other shops in town. The inside of the wine shop has many seating options. Patio seating is available too. This spot is great for a meet up with friends or solo. It's also good for large groups. This is the first time we visited this location since they have moved in. They were supporting a community group that improv comedy on a Saturday night, and we decided to visit this small venue to check it out. The event had the place packed. Plenty of wine to go around, and everyone had a good time. I would recommend attending a special event at this location. read more

I dropped in today for my first time and really enjoyed this wine shop. The welcoming woman that helped me couldn't have been sweeter. She helped me find a wine that I liked that had a great price point. I didn't try any snacks, but they have a cheese platter, spinach dip, and mini quiches on the menu. What a wonderful little hole in the wall! I absolutely adore this little place. I have not had the pleasure of drinking a glass of wine by the bar, however seeing how the bartenders interacted with everyone as well as how kind they were greeting me made me so excited to return! They have a huge selection and are willing to answer any questions and help out the best they can. The bartenders I saw were very personable and were just over all very friendly. The lady who welcomed me into the shop (she had on super cute overalls) was SO sweet. Wow. Love this place. The owner, Lorraine, is awesome. Loved her. She talked our ear off and stayed open late for us. Such a neat set up. Lots of tables and a bar area to have a glass of wine or a beer. We came on a Thursday night. They have lots of cute wine accessories for sale, shirts, wine stoppers, aerators, etc. Cute signs all over the place that make you lol. Lots of wine and beers to choose from. I love that you can try a glass. They even have keg wine! Who knew! Friday night's seem to be the night to come here. Live music! We will be back! Once a month they have pleasures treasures which includes discounted wine. Can't wait to go to that. Needless to say we drank some wine and bought a couple of bottles. LOVE! read more

What an awesome hidden gem in Pelham. To be honest, I can here expecting one thing (which for the record they did have) but came away with so much more. First, hats off to Lorraine!!! What an amazing hand's on owner. It becomes immediately clear her passion for what she does. Quick to greet anyone that walks through the door and find out if there is anything she can help with. Wonderful job of juggling talking with us and handling new customers that came in. (5 Stars) Selection is amazing! She has some really cool wine themed merchandise as you walk in. Then the walls are lined with an enormous selection of wine. Also, great job displaying inventory on hand. Very easy to see what is available as you move through out the store. (5 stars) As you move to the back of the store you come to the cash register/bar. Yes, there is a full beer and wine bar!!!! Approximately a half dozen beer on tap to go along with 4 or 5 wine by the glass options. Lorraine was awesome about providing samples and making sure we were happy with our selection. She even let us take some of the beer in stock and put in her cooler as we are planning on coming back in for live music Friday. Prices are very reasonable! I'm not exactly up on wine prices, however from what I could see with the beer prices, they are hands down the best prices I have seen anywhere (by the bottle) and on par with everyone else for beer on tap. (5 stars) They have a small selection of food that is available (we were a little too late tonight to try anything). They have a couple pre-made dishes that they cook in their convection oven (they sound really good) as well as some meat/cheese/cracker plates for snacking. Overall great casual vibe that is welcoming the second you walk through the door. Great business model! Hard to go wrong when you offer great products, good pricing and unparalleled customer service. First thing you notice is the very friendly person working there, Lorraine. It is not very often you go into a place where you automatically feel at home. Lorraine does just that, very sweet and very helpful. Also the prices are really decent, great little atmosphere. The selection is pretty darn impressive as well. I do not know how we have lived here for over 2 years and not found this place!!!! This is one place you will make as a regular stop!! Great wine and great folks.... a win win in any book!!!! My husband and I recently found out about this unique spot as a friend was going to be the music entertainment for the evening. It is a wine store but it is also a place to sit and enjoy both wines and beers and appetizer dishes. Along with a bottle of wine we picked out, we had a small pesto and cheese pizza and our friends had a salami and port wine cheese platter. There are a tables outside and inside as well as a bar area towards the back of the store. Having gone on a Friday evening, there was a wine tasting going on as well. The owner definitely knows her stuff when it comes to beer and wine. They have a pretty good selection of draft beers and will let you sample before you buy. You can get the draft beer to drink there or to go (same with the bottled beers). She will also let you bring food in if you want to have lunch/dinner there. They dont have everything that some of the other beer stores have but I think this is the best selection of craft beer and wine found in the Riverchase area. If I am wrong on that, please tell me where has better....I would like to see for myself! Get on the email list and check the calendar because she sends out good updates on inventory and they have special events from time to time. $10 minimum to make a purchase with credit card. read more

Due to the terrible and rude service we received last night after spending a lot of money in this store in the past, we will not return. The server was rude with an attitude and simply did not want to serve the paying customer. When addressed with the new owner, he did not know how to respond, which is an indication of the level of service to expect going forward. read more
