I ordered two items which were too small, so I requested to return and refund the items. They immediately sent me a packing label, and DHL confirmed they received the items back. Pleasurements used to be my go to lingerie boutique and I used to love indulging myself there but since the change of management at the end of 2023 the shopping experience has been nothing but terrible! They closed the physical store and now have a cheap looking website and horrible customer service. They have absolutely no idea on how to run a business. I have lost all my reward points because of a so called IT hiccup and nobody seems to be bothered to treat their customers with respect. I submitted the order with the store clerk, and when I received the invoice to pay, only a few items had 20% discount, the rest were discounted to 10% and one item was charged with VAT. So if you do decide to take the route of VAT exemption, make sure you triple check the totals. Luckily I am still in Amsterdam so I stopped by and had them fix the bill. read more

I visited on a weekday, which was beneficial for me. I was able to receive personalized service from Nicolette and she was the pinnacle of professionalism. She listened to what I wanted and delivered a variety of styles for me to try. She was patient and helpful. Basically, if you can get a personal appointment, the experience will not disappoint. I left with a unique and luxurious set which was packaged exquisitely. If I have an opportunity to travel back to Amsterdam, Pleasurements will be a stop on my list.
