After calling to explain the problem, the same plumber returned and resolved the problem. But, since I did not buy the faucet from them, I was charged for a service call. Once again, in mid March, the faucet has loosened. After calling again and talking to a supervisor, he told me he will send a plumber to make the repairs at no charge. He said he would call me Wednesday afternoon to inform me when the plumber would arrive. It is now Thursday morning, nearing 11am, and I have not heard from the company. Very disappointed that after paying over $200, this is how a customer gets treated by them. If it was possible to leave a negative Star rating, I would.
