Too tender and too easily falling off the bone--two telltale signs that the ribs have not actually been BBQ'ed but slow-cooked in a liquid and doused in a weak, unspectacular, unimaginative sauce. I was so disappointed that I'm never taking the risk again. Now, what they did so well is the chunky chips. In this case, I was expecting bland and boring chips sold in bulk to restaurants but was pleasantly surprised to receive large well-seasoned hand-cut (?) fried potatoes. Unfortunately, there weren't enough of them--I wanted more. The chips suggest that The Old Bakehouse might actually have an able chef in the back, but the ribs will probably keep me from testing that theory again.
