I travel a long way across town, (East of STONY ISLAND to West of Western, in a Taxi. For Kindness & efficiency & polite CUSTOMER SERVICE. . The kindest spot has been PLS Currency Exchange on 2507 west 95, in Evergreen Pk, IL. All of that changed on Sept. 4, 23 @ 3:54pm This TALL DUDE was just REALLY RUDE to me. I'm never coming here again. I'm Disappointed at how his location has gone down. The young lady with BLUE Hair watched me sign the back of my check, from the lady standing next to me. Who had a pen, that was given to her from the same Blue haired girl. The girl processed my bill payment for $50 , then help my check up to this Tall guy in the back, for questioning. Asking me, when did I sign this check. She took the check to the tall guy. He then spoke of looking at the video feed. All after she's already processed my bill. So now the guy is at my window, asking about their new protocol to sign in red pen. Well the girl didn't give me the red pen. I have M.S & an clearly disabled. With cane & all. They've played with my time so long, that my BACK went out @ the Counter. Now, I'm asking for a chair, because I've stood too long & about to fall. The girl did come out with a chair, I said I didn't come to VISIT. Can they please just get finished with me. I wanted $50 added to my gift card. That's when the guy started RUDELY YELLING. He processed my Disability $$$ 3 minute process even SLOWER. As a TAUNT, Masquerading his LOUD CONFRONTATION as a disgusting form of Courtesy. Clearly these antics have been a comfortable habit among these workers. There Was only ONE customer in line , waiting. And one other at the window to my left. The place was so empty, as to garnish an Echo. No reason for the deliberate SLOW. THIS RUDENESS & Childish Antics is NEVER OKAY. Hopefully you have the VIDEO of this day. I have lived in this area for 12+ yrs and used this location to purchase city stickers and plate stickers to avoid lines at the DMV, after today never again. I misplaced my vehicle registration card, presented my last registration information to purchase a new sticker and the extremely rude clerk told me my sticker had already been purchased in Aug of this yr ( months before my exp) and I could not purchase another one. I of course went home and contacted the SOS and was informed the information was totally incorrect, fortunately the call giver provided me with my lost ID and pin number and I effortlessly purchase a new sticker on line. While I was there in line, I overheard several dissatisfied customers unsuccessfully try to make various transactions completed there in the past and one new cashier seemed to have a tremendous amount of trouble reading and counting. It's a long story. I received two checks from an auto dealer in Ohio named Jake Sweeny. Apperently Jake Sweeny placed a stop payment on one of the checks. Pls just took a check that I was trying to cash in lieu of the sweeny check. Why me? I'm inocente. read more

They made me wait to get a city sticker 2 hrs got all the papers the asked for and they said they I had To go to the Secretary of State went to another location and was in and out with my city sticker worst staff. LaZy employees don't waste your time in this location read more
