I haven't had luck with most contractors in the past, almost all of them overcharge and do really bad quality work to the point of having to hire someone else to fix mistakes. Max not only charged fairly but went above and beyond what we agreed on and painted all the trims and baseboards for us free of charge in the end because it looked bad otherwise, even though initially we decided not to have him do it as we didn't want to pay extra when we were going to replace them in the future. He is extremely quick! And does a really great job. I'm really happy with Max and I honestly have such little trust with contractors after all the hell I've been through with them. I had a 3 other quotes and Max had the best price. We will definitely be hiring him again to paint. Thank you to the one person who reviewed him on here so that I was able to find him!!

Mike is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to the custom build projects, I had gotten my drawings and permit done by one of my engineers and there was a crucial element of a load bearing beam which left us with a lot of ambiguity. Mike came up with an alternative idea to install a steel beam which made the whole project easier. Mike was very upfront and explained every stage of the project very clearly, Very co-operative and punctual person. I would definitely recommend Full Spectrum if you want to get the quality work done with a reasonable budget. It was an expensive project and Mike came up with a great payment plan that I was comfortable with. Being in the middle of COVID-19 Mike and his Team took all the precautions and followed the appropriate procedures as per the health official's guidelines. Mike and his team performed par excellence to accommodate my requirements. He took care of all the City inspections as per the City of Brampton Permit requirements.
