The employee who answered my call immediately had me speak with the chairlift specialist Julianne. That same day Julianne fit me in for an appointment at their office and quickly set up both the measurement and installation appointments. As soon as the stairlift was installed life became easier for both my parents. I highly recommend Mobility123 and am so appreciative of Julianne and her team.

After a few weeks, I called and asked about it. They THEN informed me that they needed the charger. Unbeknownst to me, my daughter did not drop the charger off with the scooter. But I had to call them to find this out????So she dropped off the charger. Some time goes by, and I once again call to inquire. I am now informed that they can't get an answer from the manufacturer. Well I COULD HAVE CALLED THE MANUFACTURER!!! So he could not repair without contacting them??? I NEVER spoke to "LENNY", if in fact Lenny exists. Always spoke to a woman over the phone. I have stopped by repeatedly. Doors are locked and no lights on. Even though within posted hours of operation. She informed me over the phone that they could not find anyone that wanted to work for them. So that's MY problem?!?!?! FINALLY- THEY arranged an appointment with me to pick it up. 11 AM Saturday, 1018/2025. No one was there and the woman Sandy? Would not answer the phone or respond to my texts. I am going to report this to the police as a theft of my property. VERY, VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!! UPDATE--- I finally retrieved my property. The woman was very nice and polite.
