The front desk asked odd questions, the wait staff at the breakfast was always acting a bit stunned when we asked for a baby seat while holding our 1 year old. The airport is however a very good airport, the security is almost always fast (less than a few minutes even in peak hours) and the airport is easy and efficient to navigate. They have free wifi at the airport and there are also a few cafes, stores and restaurants. The best one is Espresso house, and they keep the same prices here as in their normal locations so good coffee at a decent price. They also offer some snacks and light meals. SAS also has a mini-lounge (or cafe lounge as they like to call it). So the airport has what one needs and while airports are never really fun this one fulfills its purpose, has the essentials here and does not add to the pain of traveling.

This QH is modern and reasonably priced with spectacular views of the surroundings from higher floor rooms. That said, the best part is the staff. This team knows what they're doing-always smiling, accommodating and friendly. They have monthly employee recognition and share with the guests which I don't see in most hotels out there. Yes it isn't in Malmö Central but the train station is right in front & Malmö C is only a 10 minute train ride away and it gives an excuse to really get out and explore. Emporia-the local mall is across the street. Breakfast buffet is amazing and they also have a restaurant and bar area. Last bonus-you are only a 10 minute train ride from CPH airport.
