Ordered a set of four tires from PMC. This was my second time ordering tires from them. The price of the set of tires went down approximately $50 three days after ordering. The tires had shipped, but had not yet been delivered. Called PMC's customer service and asked for a price adjustment. I thought this would have been simple since they advertise a "30-day Satisfaction Guarantee". PMC refused to honour the lesser price, citing the order had already been shipped. I am not satisfied, and their "satisfaction guarantee" is clearly just a worthless statement. Their choice to nickel-and-dime has caused them to lose a repeat customer. read more

Avoid this company. Attempted to cancel an order of wheels before it was shipped and was charged a re-stocking fee. Except they never had them in stock in the first place, despite what it said on their site. Their representative admitted to this fact. 30 bucks a wheel to re-stock something they didn't stock. Selling old tires, 3 years old. Told me to pay for return shipping! As if...

Had two separate orders in the last two weeks. The first one they claimed that they couldn't find the tires in the warehouse and offered me the option to buy more expensive tires. I refused and cancelled the order. The following week I found another great deal on tires and this time there was plenty of stock. Low and behold I was contacted and told they couldn't find the tires in the warehouse and offered me more expensive tires. I pointed out that the tires that I ordered were still showing in stock at more than twice the price I paid. They refused to fill my order and made excuses. Stay away from PMC! They love to bait and switch! read more

I purchased two tires online to be shipped to Winnipeg. I have purchased multiple products in the past from PMCtire without issues. However on this recent purchase the FedEx tracking number did not work for multiple days after placing my order. Showing a departure from Edmonton and no movement. The business is located in Quebec which raised some concerns. On a recent Saturday morning we had a knock at the door, a FedEx driver was holding one tire. When asked about the location of the second tire the driver could not say. They looked through the delivery truck and said only one tire in limited English. French would have been fine also as I speak both. The driver instead called a FedEx employee and gave me the phone. A man on the phone told me to either sign for the tire or it will be sent back to the shipper. I asked him to deal with the issue of the missing tire. He offered no solution, again saying either sign for the one tire or it will be returned. I chose not to sign for the incomplete shipment. Later in the day, the FedEx tracking system was now up and running for my order and showing my order now having two tracking numbers not one with the first tire/number to be returned to the shipper. Only after I filed a complaint did FedEx hold this tire. The second tire was never delivered by FedEx simply instructing me to pick up the product in an industrial area at their Winnipeg East ground location and to bring ID. Do yourself a favor and avoid the aggravation of buying tires from this company. Buying tires should not be this difficult. Just a bad experience all together. PMCtire has not responded to my complaint. read more
