I took responsibility but that was it for her I was wasting her time!!! An associate named Jenny Martin, who was gracious and sweet guided us on her own time to 3 of the spots on my list. The problem was Megan did not screen any of the locations and we ended up in "tobacco road" homes completely unsuitable. Now I'm under the impression a good realtor would of screened these choices and gotten rid of undesirable homes since I'm from California and don't know NC " Location Location Location" Not Megan she did NOTHING!!. So first day wasted . The next day mind you have rented car thinking I would get some showings, she just sent me 2 open houses i had picked from my likes . No meeting her AT ALL!! Bright side I meet a wonderful agent at one of the open houses that went out of her way to show me some homes after her busy day showing at her open house. After looking at dozens of homes we found one that was almost perfect... the only problem was there was a huge hill in the back yard which water was coming off of and flooding the back yard. Tracy told us he could have one of his "guys" (who was a licensed contractor) come out and fix the problem with a retaining wall. I myself had 4 other contractors come out and quote the job. No one came close to the price Tracy's contractor quoted us. In fact, one of the quotes was $21,000 higher than Tracy's guy. Kurtis was our loan officer who we found through Tracy and together those two wrote a contract so that the sellers were basically paying for our retaining wall. When it got time for negotiations I know Tracy played hard ball for us. I know that it was Tracy's years of experience that made him capable of giving us the type of home buying experience we were looking for. He is someone who truly loves what he does, and is looking out for YOUR best interest and always protecting your investment. Because your investment, is his investment. Also, we never talked to an associate of his. we always talked directly to Tracy. I know Tracy will be our realtor for life and that is why I wrote this review. HANDS DOWN best realtor we've worked with!
