PMI is the worst customer service company I have ever met. I highly recommend avoiding ANY PMI parking lot.
They make you scrammble for your parking pass -- going to other building to fetch instead of having it at your lot. Half the time their offices are unmanned.
Today, they had not one single grain of salt on the lot (Lot15) at 9am... it was a skating rink! What am I paying for? I've called 3 different PMI offices today to complain and not one answered nor rolled to a voice message.
