They apply it as PAYMENT RECEIVED BUT THEY DONOT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THE MONEY! I spoke to FOUR REPRESENTATIVES & they said when the money is received it will be taken off the principal and it wasn't! I called today & they said that it would take 15 days to process the payment! In 15 days I will be sending my mortgage payment for 05/01/2019 but they have my next payment stating the next payment will be on 06/01/2019 that means they took my principal payment & put as my principal payment to my 05/01/2019 payment! Four Reps said they would make a note that the money that I send in the middle of the month would be PRINCIPAL PAYMENT!!!! Don't deal with them!
