Mark will go the extra mile to make sure that the job is done to the highest standard. My Audi TT was in a rather miserable state when I was leaving it at County Coachworks for repairs. It had three scratches on the door and a dent on the panel beneath the door. Mark explained to me what the repairs would involve and gave me a very reasonable quote for the job. My car was ready in a few days and looked like new. Not only was it smooth and shiny again but also clean as never before! I can't thank Mark and his team enough for their excellent job. It caused a small dent with two scratches and then a couple of other stone dings elsewhere on the bonnet. I have been thinking of selling it so wanted to get the bonnet fixed up so I visited Mark at County Coachworks to ask if he could do the job. These guys deal with a whole range of cars (mine is a little VW) and there were a couple of high end cars in the garage that they were working on. Mark was extremely helpful and gave me a very reasonable quote for the job - so I booked it in. I've just been down to collect it and it really is good as new, I can't remember when the bonnet last looked so pristine. It is clear that Mark and colleague are damn good at what they do, giving the same attention to detail to my 7-yr old VW Fox as the Porsche 4x4 they had to move to let me drive out. If I ever needed work again I would not hesitate to go back to County Coachworks, 100% recommended.

I realise also that during an MOT you can expect to pay a certain amount of money, I don't have a problem with this. However if I had gone to Alan Day VW on Finchley road my bill would have been half what I have paid today. only a few miles away. When asked why they couldn't price match they said 'we are only a small business and not very busy' I'm not sure this is a valid reason to hike up the prices and overcharge customers. I feel completely scammed, if I hadn't had my Dad double check what they were asking for (I'm 30 just not very car savvy) I would have paid £750 for a cam belt, rather than £450 at Alan Day VW on Finchley road. Please don't make my mistake, shop around, go to a garage that actually values you as a customer rather than trying to get every penny out of you that they can. its not worth the one star I've given it.
