The bank is the lienholder and the title is still in Florida as of June 9, 2020. The customer is experiencing a great deal of anxiety because he's afraid I'll initiate a lawsuit. The bank's response? Go away we've done everything we can do. The bank said Florida was sent certified mail. Florida BMV states it's an electronic title and the lienholder has to have it released electronically. Diversified General only cared about getting my $3,080 to pay off the lien. How I get the legal title or the stress they are putting their customer through appears to be of no regard.

I have been with this bank for thirty years and they have worked with us very well till now…read more Several weeks ago My wife and I had (2) purchases come up on our checking account we did not make. We had to change Debit /Credit card numbers. Then my wife stopped payment on these (2) two charges and today a lady at the bank branch named Kelly informed my wife the Bank did not stop payment on those two Debit charges, Because there is no such thing and this issue went to someone up in the Bank and they will not reimburse our Bank account almost $200.00 dollars. People watch your accounts, the bank does not do it for you.
