Who…read moremy mom is his POA and he passed away which caused for several questions regarding questions from letter sent from the bank. I specifically asked since we didn't have the death certificate with us would the certificate of cremation be something relevant regarding this matter? Diego then reads the letter in front of me pointing out the obvious that has been already read over on my behalf. I then interjected stating I am not saying I don't understand the letter and all, just was "BRINGING IT TO YOUR ATTENTION THAT I HAVE THIS FORM". Diego then replies "AND I AM BRINGING IT TO YOUR ATTENTION IT STATES WE NEED THE DEATH CERTIFICATE" ... I immediately pulled back and say nothing further to him because for whatever reason his dialogue was pretty offensive especially during this tough and touchy time of the passing of my father. I want to bring awareness to humans that we should just do better in how we communicate and look at ourselves, how it can come across from the outside looking in. My response personally would of been some dialogue along this " I understand (which creates the empathy from the person to cx) that you have that document, however the company guidelines are requiring the deaths certificate be provided, no alternative form can override this (bring awareness that this is not your policy but the companies and supports your position from the perspective of legalities).... Food for thought that is all.

On the other side there is a Little Caesars Pizza, a Thai place and a Firestone Auto place. Across the street is a RaceTrac and an ALDI. According to Google there are at least 18 Fidelity branches in the state of Georgia. This is the only location in Hiram. The next closest location maybe in Marietta on South Cobb Drive. I like Fidelity in that they are a Big "little" bank. They're big enough to be one of the big players like Wells Fargo or Chase but not so big that they lose that human touch. When I walk into a Fidelity I always feel like I'm walking into a small town bank. There are always people that smile and greet me like they've known me for years while nearby there is usually a plate of cookies, snacks and coffee. They have always exceeded our expectations. I've even introduced several of my friends who now bank with LGE and they always thank me. I've never had any issues at any of the branches either. Most recently, I visited the Hiram branch and worked with Ron to open up a Money Market account and a 30 month CD. Their rates could not be touched during a special offer they were running. Ron was extremely personable and helpful and really made the experience not just pleasant but, fun. I cannot recommend these folks enough.

Everytime I need a money order I go thru the drivethru to pay my fathers rent. The lady at the drivethru who didn't give me her name but she had a mass amount of freckles on her face said I had to come in. I let her know I'm not able and I've never had to come in before. She said here you do, we don't give money orders in the drive thru. I let her know I've gotten them before at the other branch she told me to go there and have a nice day. Then turned the speaker off. I tried to call the location to speak with a manager and I believe she answered the phone. I could hear money going thru the machine and then someone saying my name and asking someone else if they knew who that was. No one ever came to the phone and they left me on hold for over 6 min. I'll be making a formal complaint with Regions Corp office about the unprofessionalism and the blatant disrespect for the disabled.
