Sorry, not interested in joining…read more.. Today, Saturday afternoon I went to this new location with the idea of getting 5, 10 and $20 bills for a trip early Sunday. I am a loyal First Community Credit Union member, but wanted to give Vantage a chance as it is closer to where I live. Disappointing ATM machine. Nice and new, but all looks with few features. I wanted $400, but that was too much as the machine said. Ok, they don't know me. So, how about $300? No problem. As I said, small bills was the goal. NOPE! I got 3 brand new crisp $100 bills. No option for asking for the smaller bills either. I may as well have gotten 3 heads of Lettuce because large bills are not always easy to cash. WHO uses such denominations in the REAL world??? Very disappointed that they chose to buy the cheaper machines (I suppose). Now, I have to go to First Community and get the smaller bills. What a wasted trip here!!! If Vantage wants to play with the big boys, then you better learn how to put on your big boy pants.

It was smooth, creamy, and not too sweet. He honey and lavender mesh so well and you can taste all of the flavor. They sell pastries as well. I ordered a ham and Swiss croissant. The croissant was fluffy and flakey, and the warm ham and cheese brought comfort to my belly. They were out of the marmalade that comes with it so i wasn't able to taste that. If you use your capital one card, you get 50% off your drink. You also get access to their meeting rooms and private bathrooms. There is plenty of seating inside.

Why didn't they catch a check that said "Signature Previously Provided"? I am not going to apologize for being disgusted with this bank and its customer service.

Stopped by yesterday…read more Francis was amazing he actually remembered me from a month ago bcus of a conversation we had. The issue is that there is no longer a drive through and going inside always takes an extremely long time bcus there is always only one teller. I went prior to an appointment to cash a check to have cash on hand and there was a line and no clerk at the window so I had to leave to avoid being late. Came back at closing time and was in and out. If the drive through is permanently closed. There needs to be more tellers at this location. I only opened an account here bcus I just moved here from Alabama and I live next door to the bank but I can never go in and out under 20 minutes or more.

I walked in and he said welcome to regions what can I help you with. I told him I had "A" (singular) deposit and needed some change. He opens up my deposit bag and sighs (literally sighed in my face) this is all jumbled up I will have to figure it out as if I am putting him out. I told him there was "A" chg order with a post it note with a per lip on it and pull that out and the rest is "one" deposit. He sighs again in my face. Bunches everything together and mumbles something else. He can't figure it out. There was one check that was an issue. By this time I am angry because of the way I am being treated. And mind you my account there is NOT a small amt. I told him put the deposit back in the bag. So he puts everything back in the bag including my change order. What a waste of a trip. Mind you this is not the first time I have gotten him and been treated this way, plus he is SUPER slow. I will be calling the branch manager he truly needs to learn customer service.
