I've never asked them to fix anything that they didn't jump on my request right away. They are honest in their dealings with tenants, and make everything easy for smooth move-in's. The Totowa Manor is a beautiful building - inside and out. Neighbors are pleasant and it is a warm, safe, and friendly environment. The 5,000 sq ft gym is beautiful, clean, and well kept. They were kind enough to take my parents around to various units, explained the lease, and allowed them to take their time as they sent me videos to help me pick an apartment.
