I go to him all the time when I go there and he's awesome. Its heated in winter and a.c in summer, average noise, a little pricy but worth it. They do offer coffee or water while waiting. I told her I was ok waiting and she said regular customers were waiting 4-6 weeks. I told her I didn't understand what she was telling me and could I make an appointment. She repeated that clients who were already attached to a stylist were waiting. I wished her a good day and hung up. Happy for them that they are doing so well but better if they just put a notice up that they're not accepting new clients. Don't bother!

I've…read morenever had a massage but she ended up doing a deep tissue massage I guess, I was bruised and sore for days. The pedicure was good, but the hair was bad. I wanted to go light blond with a few highlights but all she did was add colour that didn't lighten my hair very much at all and she tried to do ambre look that just looked like roots growing out. I called the owner who said he would fix it but couldn't do it for many days, I wanted it done for the weekend. He wouldn't give me any refund back at all, "that's not how he does business." I went somewhere else that fixed it right away and charged me only for the product not labour.

When I asked him if he had a new air exchange system I was so impressed to hear that indeed they do! They put it in to help protect us all from COVID. It exchanges the air every minute and a half.
