3 days ago I got clear sns with chrome shellac on top. One got marked before drying, the girl "fixed" it, which made me ask how long these would last / if they would chip away after a few days, she reassured me they would last 2 weeks. When I got home the mark she "fixed" could still be seen, so I went back there to get it fixed properly, the older woman wasn't very happy about that. 2 days later I noticed the chrome shellac was already wearing off at the tips of every single nail, I called to arrange a time to get them redone, the woman on the phone (I assume the old woman) was very rude & sighing, she told me I shouldn't have got the shellac on top of the sns as it doesn't last long, I told her I specifically asked this question & was told it would last 2 weeks (otherwise I wouldn't have got it done), she continued to argue, I told her I paid $55 for this 2 days ago & I would like them redone with something different. She finally told me to come in, but couldn't see me until 4pm. When I arrived I had to wait over 30 minutes. It was a hot day & was extremely hot in the shop, by the time I was finally seen I was overheated & not offered a drink. The older woman asked me what was wrong, I showed her how the chrome was chipping off & said I would like them redone with just sns, she looked at my nails & said they were fine. I replied to her no, ALL of them were chipping away & I wanted them redone differently as it would just continue to happen (also referring back to what I was told on the phone; that shellac on sns doesn't last long), she argued with me about this for a couple of minutes then gave me a dirty look, huffed & finally agreed to redo them. I chose the sns colours I wanted & one of the girls started using the drill to take off the shellac & file down the sns, during this process she cut the cuticle on my thumb which caused it to bleed & stung a lot, she put a blue liquid on it & continued drilling. When that was finished I explained what I wanted; most plain colours & some with an ombré effect (which is what I was originally going to get 2 days ago), they charge ridiculously extra for the ombré, but 2 days prior I paid for the chrome shellac which is also charged at the same extra rate, one would expect that it wouldn't be a problem getting a service of the same value. The older women then argued with me about this, saying if I want this I have to pay $30 more (apparently half price), I explained to her that I paid for this service already with the chrome which was awful so you shouldn't be charging me, she just didn't stop, so rude & unprofessional, just kept going & going (in front of all of the other customers), & then started up again about how the other nails were fine. I told her, in front of everybody there that her staff cut me (to which she didn't care) and that this place is an absolute joke. She is a rude, exhausting woman who only seems to care about money. I gave up & just chose another colour, I wanted to get out of that place as fast as I could. The old woman started talking about me to the other girls in an Asian language, glancing at me while she was talking & continued to do so the rest of the time I was there. Another girl finished my nails, she made several mistakes (I think due to the fact they put minimal effort & care into their work), I had to ask (& the same when I was originally there 3 days ago) multiple times for them to be smoothed so they weren't jaggered, filed down on top so they weren't like thick bulbous things on the ends of my fingers & to be filed so they were straightened out & all the same shape..
It was finally done, I said thanks to the girl who did them & basically ran out of there! I will never ever be returning!
