Two of the guys were standing around and when others came in they decided to help them instead. The first two trips the customer service was not great as they were very unfriendly but he decided to try again today and we won't be back. We Will drive to Dothan or visit the other Pawn store in town who are by far more friendly and helpful. Do not recommend going to them if you want good service.

The office is messy and any documents you had over with your personal info are just thrown on a desk. The BBB website is my next stop. I'm just hoping my identity doesn't get stolen with the info I already gave. Literally the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a "business" for lack of a better word.
